I would really like to see you do a detailed video or video series about your journey on retirement in building a portfolio of investment properties. To see and hear your thoughts on the results of actual costs compared to rent received, whether you have been able to get multiple loans and so have multiple properties that are leveraged at the same time, and any other thoughts you have.
Thank you for the suggestion, I have been very fortunate to get into investment properties after "retiring early" and it's because I have another partner with a W-2 income that has made it possible. I don't share all of the details because it's their business too, so I only share what is applicable to me.

Early retirement to me means work is optional as you have enough money to support yourself without it.
