For those who don't know, Nipsey was more than just a Rapper to us South Central Natives he was a catalyst of change for his neighborhood meaning all of South Los Angeles. Growing up in 60 hood he was well respected and loved by most. He bridged the gap between bloods and crips and spoke truth on another level the young homies respected. He was a force to be reckoned with. The blessing and the curse was Nips trying to be that
true one to stay and opened businesses in his community rather running to Beverly Hills he stayed in the hood and was instrumental in so many of his fellow homies establishing business in their neighborhood. Sad part is everyone cannot handle another person rise to success especially the ones closest to you. God it saddens my heart and so many of my closest friends to lose him. It was like wowww he really was a hero in our community. Nispey was a part of everyone's family in the hood the ghettos of Los Angeles.
