In India we simply put a door hinge onto a strip of wood, the other side is screwed onto the table, (or clamped with a g clamp)
The wooden strip is clamped on the screen. Printing is done as you have shown

la verdad no es gran cosa ... disculpen pero yo hago el
contra peso desde el shablon a una polea suspendida en la pared, y en el otro extremo de la cuerda algo de peso y me va muy bien y no tengo porblemas de la estabilidad del rasero..... recuerden amigos la serigrafia es artesanal no nos dejemos llevar tanto por lo mecanico, sobre todo en cosas tan simples como esto..no se dejen engañar

Artesanal podría ser para ti, para algún otro podría ser altamente industrializada, no se debe generalizar

Bueno si se trata de altamente industrial es otra cosa y este sistema que se esta viendo no es altamente indusrial por otro lado en la serigrafia cada uno crea sus propias tecnicas y es asi porque es un arte mientras menos electronico o mecanico mejor
