Yes. I watched a video about hurdling and it was comparing inside leg measurements of different athletes in everything from swimming to distance runners. The most telling thing was that the measurement was the same in an african distance runner and a six foot plus Olympic swimmer even though the swimmer was well over six inches taller. Swimmers have short legs and long torsos apparently. Champion hurdlers need a very specific inside leg measurement because of the fixed distances of the hurdles., too long or too short will throw them off. Also don’t forget the East Africans live and train at altitude.
