This interview would have been from "Night Network", a show that was aired on ITV from midnight to 6am Friday and Saturday nights back in the early 90's. Probably like you I used to stay up with my VHS recorder ready to catch any interviews or footage of my favorite artists and bands! Lol ;-)

+Psycho Fish From a show called 'Leee's Place' which was a LWT show which I believe was on ITV's Night Network. Hope that helps
