Thanks, Rin! What a wonderful reaction and comments about our beautiful barefoot princess. Despite the technical problems the two of them endured and even though the song didn't give Angelina the opportunity to show the listening audience what she is capable of doing, there was enough whereby people who had never heard her before wondered, "Who is this singer? There is something about her voice which is so beautiful!" Yes, indeed. And they will find out all about her, won't they? Estimated viewing audience of the Show was 300M. What, 300M? Yes, in that regard this opportunity was a huge step leading up to the 'big bang' which will occur later in the year when her album comes out and she starts touring.

Yes, never mind fun, beautiful voice on Rin. Agree 100% with the comment regarding AJ as always. There was enough there, knowledgeable people who check her out from that performance won't be all that surprised how phenomenal she is. Well, same as we are almost every new performance, surprised despite expecting it.
Yes beautiful voice, marvelous voice . So, who is the nitwit who thought very clever to play with her voice with ridiculous, stupid studio tricks. And my goodness this song ! a mediocre product of that industry .not to her level, far from it.
@@jean-claudeledanois1247 Yeah I guess but it's all good. It's par for the course. She has time man. Her originals, you know them, her future, it's going to be a whole new level. No worries here Sir. She'll drop her album, her music, originals, 'sixties inspired' she says. Doing a great job with a goofy song was perfectly fine. The weird audio mashup mistake or bad decision aside, this was a fine performance, amazing exposure, and a great thing for her to do.
So people who just met her, they'll think what? For how long? She's got this buddy. She's shown us that for a decade. Her actual music, her brand, that she creates, that is what people will really look at as time goes by and she'll get to everyone by being herself, it's all good. Besides it didn't look bad on her anyway, as we covered, she showed great and the tech stuff was just another day in today's music. Don't worry so much. She's Angelina Jordan.
It's pretty apparent the audience did not come for the music, almost to the point of being rude. Really not much to say about the dumb lyrics, so I won't, but my joy is in the spectacular young lady singing, no matter the lyrics. She was just wonderful, hell, she was unbelievably gorgeous, and I am so happy for her with all this exposure, letting the world see, giving them just a taste of her extraordinary year to come with her album release. Angelina is the gold standard. And in spite of those lyrics, I really loved the song!
RedOne has his own record label with many A-list singers and he chose Angelina from a different label for this performance. I think that says a lot. This particular song didn't give many opportunities for her to demonstrate her talent but she made a lot out of it anyway.

Angelina has been very busy of late. This performance in Paris, performing at a gala event in LA, appearing on a TV show with Heidi Klum in Germany, a trip to the Middle East (for reasons I don't know). Here professional career is taking off.

After listening to this performance a few times, I have come to the undeniable conclusion that the lyrics apply to Angelina ever bit as much as they may apply to the players of FIFA: "I'm the best, yeah, yeah", "I can't be what I'm not", "and I know what I want", "I'm gonna shoot my shot", "you only miss the one you never take", "and I've been doing a lot", "been perfect like a soldier all night and day", "I bring the extra heart", "I've got that supernova DNA"! If these phrases do not apply to Angelina, then nothing does! Bravo, Angelina! May God bless and protect you always!

Angelinas voice was great as usual. Plus she looked like a godess. However I thought the messy sound production in the last third let her down.
Angelina sang amazingly and the song is very catchy. Someone suggested that the sound issue were not noticeable for the audience but due to mixing errors for the televised sound. The audience was a little antsy for the big prices coming up immediately afterwards.

RedOne is 5'9" tall and is wearing 2" boots, AJ is 6 feet 1, or more, and I think it is great. She could be a super model but please don't, please give us all the musical heaven you can. You could see the look on Messi's face, so the audience did hear what we experienced. AJ's mic was intermittent, and the some of the background music was garbled. In this case, lip syncing to a recorded version would have been a better idea, when it is live you only have one chance.
FIFA ordered this song from Redone (Nadir Khayat, multi Grammy winner) especially for this event. It was delivered, done (A football songno more and no less, the football fans decide whether it becomes an anthem ) . Every professional musician has to sing something that he doesn't like so much, but Angelina has mastered this task with flying colours. Exceptional was how professional Angelina mastered the disaster of the technique. First, the volume on their mic was set way too low and than the catastrophic bugs with the background music. Like I said, Angelina shone throughout her performance. 👣💯 *AJ* 💯👣

17-year-old Angelina Jordan performed for the soccer elite
First, Norwegian-Swedish Angelina Jordan performed for Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé and the rest of the world’s football elite.
Then the singer hung out with the players backstage in Paris.
- When Messi said he was a big fan of mine, I was so moved that I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, says the 17-year-old to Aftonbladet.
The meeting took place at the star-studded Salle Pleyel on Monday evening when the world’s best football stars were crowned.
They were celebrated with the duet “The best”, as the Swedish-Moroccan producer Ready written for the International Football Association (Fifa) and performed with Angelina Jordan.
- Redone recruited me for this, she says of the producer who has worked with Lady Gaga and Marc Anthony, among others.
- He already wanted to take me to the football World Cup in Dubai last year. It was a huge deal for me, but unfortunately I couldn’t.
- My first single will be released at the end of April. I’m excited to share what I’ve been working on for so long, she says.
- I have written all my songs. Music is my passion. I’m not sure I can do anything other than make music, she states.

The many thousands of times Angelina has performed onstage surely she has encountered technical difficulties and so she is well seasoned for live performances and such complications.
Very nice reaction! So surprising that you sang a part of "A million miles"! Nice! I hope her career will continue to grow succesfully, but with other genres! I don't think songs like these allow her to shine the way she can and soccer fan crowds are not the ideal audience. They prefer a heavy rockband, like Queen. Or maybe a diva with a daring sexy image to sing before a game! (I'm a little biased here 😉)
Nevertheless, good that her name was given a boost this way! I'm not sure if they sang really live (maybe partly) and I wouldn't know if the technical problems were audible for them in the monitors. It might be that the broadcast was accidently a mix of the stage mixer and hall microphones (which should be dimmed). In that case it would create an echo out of sync. If AJ and RedOne (Re done, great 😅) heard that echo they did a great job to professionally ignore it!
Welcome back Rin. Thank you for that nice reaction and comments too. RedOne wrote it (he on the guitar) but it was Angelina's voice and style that saved that ok song with a catchy hook 👌 I watched it too and they all seemed very stiff even when listening to Angie. I understand Angelina’s partner on this life show wrote this song for FIFA; also, RedOne has been nominated four times for a Grammy and has won two times. Our Angel turned 17 and is now sharing this is Grammy winning artist in this Huge, huge stage with 10’s of millions watching around the world.

Yup, big missed opportunity IMO. If that mashed up chorus was on purpose, it would have fit the lyrics and been amazing to let Angelina belt the beginning of the chorus, 'I'm gonna say it from my chest'. But whatever, huge opportunity and exposure for her. And you know how stars work, it's her time now. Everyone else will help her introduction, like Messi and the soccer stars happy to pose and let her use their name recognition. She's everyone's favorite young woman now, well very soon.
