Hi Jola, been following the reaction videos and since i am a Pakistani living in Germany it is great to see a German reacting to this.
Some points for your enlightenment, this whole lyrics is about Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), Tajdar e Haram is a reference to him and Madina is a city in present time Saudi Arabia which is a city very dear to Muslims as it is the final resting place of our prophet.
In Islam, Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is the last prophet in the long line of prophets and Prophet Esa (Jesus) is part of that and is also very dear to the Muslims.
This whole kalam (lyrics) is a call to help from a Muslim to Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and in Holy books it is part of our belief that Prophet Esa (Jesus) has the power to cure the ill and even breath life into dead, so here in the lyrics say "ae charah gar Esa Nafs" meaning "o who has the soul like Esa (Jesus), you are the one who can cure us".

I actually wanted to make a point that you need to add subtitles in your reaction video even though you are watching it with subtitles but the viewers want to see the subtitles as well, you might be having fewer viewers/subscribers because of this issue. I'm a Hindu Afghan living in Canada and majority of my family, relatives and friends live in Germany.
I love Sofie music, the spiritual side if this music moves me in countless ways. I'm not really religious but spirituality is a huge part of my every day life. Found Coke Studio six years ago, it brought more beauty to my life.

You would be surprised to know that Jesus and his mother Marry(s.a) are mentioned in the Holy Quran At many occasions, GOD glorifies Jesus in our holy Quran and declares him as his prophet and GOD also declares Marry(a.s)as a pious noble lady who gave birth to Jesus through his miracle! GOD talks about Marry’s piety and sends a whole chapter in the name of marry(s.a) in holy Quran and it’s called Surah Marium(chapter of marry) and in the religion of islam we are not Muslims unless we accept all prophets of GOD ever sent to the earth and Jesus is also one of them, unless we have belief in Jesus(a.s)as a prophet of GOD we can’t claim to be a Muslim thats the condition in Islam we have to accept all 1.24.000 prophets sent by GOD of which Muhammad PBUH is the last prophet after him no more prophets will come.

Jesus (peace be upon him), is one of the Prophets in Islam in a long line of prophets. Starting with Adam, Abraham (Ibrahim), Ishmael and Isac (Ismail, Izhak), Noah (Nuh), David (Daud), Joseph (Yusuf), Solomon (Suleman), Moses (Musa), Jesus (Isa), ending with Muhammed. Peace be upon them.
Actually almost all major and minor biblical personalities are present in the Islamic tradition as it's a continuation of the same religion. Even the archangels are the same.
