For anyone who this didn't work for, I FINALLY FOUND IT!! You need to click the three dots. Then click "More Tools" and then "Extensions". It'll open a new tab with all of your extentions and apps. From there you can scroll down and delete the ones that you don't want anymore.

it's not the sight i see on my macbook. under an extension, there are Details and Remove. but that particular extension i want to disable/remove has ONLY the Details button.

or just press the settings button in the top right corner next to your email, and it takes you to your apps. It gives you options remove it from chrome. i did this by myself without watching this unnecessary video. it takes at most 1 minute.
