Can confirm per my carpenter parental unit that masking tape in place of clamps in light-weight glue jobs is A-Okay and even more optimal than using clamps in some cases because the project is made of more fragile material. Additional note: Adding in the rolled foam and glue when the pink foam core was too small to make it fit is called shimming and is also a true building technique. Strong work, don't be ashamed of it.
Oh, and I MAY have bought 3 of the moooshrooms. One for me, one for a Minecraft AND mushroom obsessed girl I know, and one for... I dunno. My son might be able to talk me out of it, or I might just hoard it >_>
Oh... the machines hating the faux fur sewing is REAL. I have an Elna from the 80's--the very first "computerized" sewing machine on the US market. I love her and baby her since she was what my grandmother taught me to sew on, but last Halloween I used her to sew a Huggy Wuggy costume for my son and she has never forgiven me >_> So I got another heavy-duty vintage sewing machine to abuse instead :P

I get seasonal depression with winter and I live in Canada and the sun is already practically non existent and we've already had snow so this humble Lil bumble Boi is exactly what I needed to make me happy and honestly might make my own Lil Boi. SO CUTE! Story: Winter was just around the corner, our fellow Wizard Briana Pearl River had to make sure all her bee's rounded up the last nectar from every flower beds in her field. However one of her pets found a pour furry bee cold and starving, she brought the pour bug inside to treat it right away. While the bee was resting in a warm blanket, in the kitchen she made a nice cup of Honey tea & hoping it would help the bee, with a few blow from the tea to cool down the bee drank it all up, the bee looked into the ice wizards eyes as she gave him a warmth smile she new that this little fluffy bee deserves a home. Once the little bee was all well again she let him stay indoors till spring comes right before she turned out the lights she gave the sweet bumble of fluff a kiss goodnight as he rest in his flower bed. Goodnight my little bumble of joy. See you next time.

Always remember to clean your machine 😂 The best tool for it in my experience is a spoolie: aka the little brush you use when putting makeup on your eyebrows. I didn't even buy the one I use for my machine, it's just a used up eyebrow pencil thing that had a built in one. Also wow that spicy mud ❤🔥🤎

I clean the sewing machine every 2-3 projects. You can get mascara wands and pipe cleaners from the dollar store and they are great for getting loose fly-aways. Never use compressed air - vacuuming is ok though. Your fur is probably going to require you to clean every time though since it's going to shed a lot. I clean before I sew since I never remember after lol yay ADHD. Thank you for contributing to my dopamine fix lol ❤ you and your goofiness (and the floofs and editor Sara).
