I can’t stop watching pasta recipe videos while on the Keto diet.
Joel, great recipe, would not change a thing, except sometimes my wife gets a bonus at work, and i will use some fresh yellow fin tuna. I'm retired, so no bonus for me, but i do get to eat the tuna, recipe is very delicate, and yes, anchovies must be left in the recipe for that umami flavor, they will somewhat dissolve anyway, but add a whole lot of flavor, and capers pair well with the anchovies and tuna, cheers mate !(i'm getting better at that, lol)

My favourite chef on youtube, but first dislike...canned tuna? This recipe with fresh tuna would be amazing.
gobbi dimerda nothing wrong with a good quality can of tuna
It's quite reasonable to use canned tuna for quick recipes, plus it gives it a certain flavour that fresh wouldn't do. It's almost life a built in fish stock. You will find it on many good restaurant menus for that reason.
Recipe30 totally agree I’m not that keen on fresh tuna, that dish is one of my favourites, especially spaghetti and clams it’s a good base for almost anything like that. I live in a fishing town and fresh seafood is always available

Yes I agree, all large fish sadly contain mercury, but once in a while i'ts fine, too much and it will accumulate in your body. Always buy small fish if consuming a lot. 😀

Always add the tune at the end add on the top off pasta and toss it ,it give you better flavor and texture
