She's great. Loved her since (shortly after, cuz I hated it at first) Tik Tok. But Praying is one of the deepest redemption stories nestled into a powerful song. Come into her older stuff with an open mind, and there's a lot to appreciate there too (same with Gaga, who went through the same crap at first).
Sadly her “character” in the beginning of her career was just a marketing gimmick… her aesthetic, her attitude, her music and voice, it was all a facade. She finally gets to make the music she wants to make and be herself ✨

One of my favorites from the disc. I teach middle school, and see so many young people go through terrible struggles, and work to overcome them. Artists such as this mean the world to them, and are so important. She has done some great work here. I love the sound of her real voice, and her messages throughout this collection. I hope it helps to heal her. It will certainly help people, and the world needs all of that that we can give. Bravo!

It's been two months and I'm still crying over this. Crying over Kesha in general. The amount of happiness I feel for her is unexplainable. Everyone who's insulted her in the past, saying she wasn't a role model at all only paid attention to the sex and didn't realize she is much more than that. This women went through ridicule and abuse from strangers and Dr. Asswipe, she fought anorexia for christ's sake, and now she's here, healthy, happy, more beautiful than ever. But we know better than this. True meaning of life comes from enjoying life, with our loved ones, seeing the beauty in the world. Enjoying that beauty is what's most important. One of my favorites from the disc. I teach middle school, and see so many young people go through terrible struggles, and work to overcome them. Artists such as this mean the world to them, and are so important. She has done some great work here. I love the sound of her real voice, and her messages throughout this collection. I hope it helps to heal her. It will certainly help people, and the world needs all of that that we can give. Bravo!

I've been trying to rekindle my love for so many things that I had been pushed by my environment to suppress. Not everyone can be pleased, is what I've come to realize, but I need to focus on what makes me happy, and this in turn will bring joy to those that matter. Absolutely beautiful song, it brought me to tears.

Everyone who's insulted her in the past, saying she wasn't a role model at all only paid attention to the sex and didn't realize she is much more than that. This women went through ridicule and abuse from strangers and Dr. Asswipe, she fought anorexia for christ's sake, and now she's here, healthy, happy, more beautiful than ever.
