The trick to playing Dedede is abusing platforms and ledges. If you aren't using the platform as part of the character you're just not playing with a full deck. "Dedede's Castle" as people have called it, consists of camping under platforms and abusing his ability to control approaches once he is protected from above. Camping the ledge favors Dedede, but platforms are just so much better.

Not 109% sure but i think with the mii brawler, u were di'ing in all the time, if u di or sdi out, it may not hit that many times. I know king dedede is a heavy and big, but i main plant and when i di out/away, the mii brawler doesnt always get the confirm

Have to comment this because every DDD dragdown up air combo is insanely fake except exactly how it is shown here LOL single hit landing up air while the opponent is almost/touching the ground that way no matter what they press(rob tried dair) will get caught by the up tilt. The front side bottom hilt hit of up air hit and you must also hit that while landing lol
