I don't know why people don't like this movie. It was good, that Martha scene is not there just because their mothers have same name. It should someone with power also have feelings. I think its a great way of symbolising mother's love. I know yeah Doomsday designwas a little off but he is not the original doomsday. When luther was making doomsday, the kryptonian computer showed him the process to do so and it mentioned it is a copy of the original creature. People say this movie was trash, I don't think so.
They shoved like three different movies into this film they try to put the dark Knight return storyline in here with the death of Superman storyline with somewhat of an adaptation of the Justice league and if you include the Robin suit cameo under the red hood 💀
The robin that died in this universe is Dick Grayson Joker killed him in Wayne manor that's why its burned down

Db fans: Superman's weakness to a green rock is stupid
People who read comics: It's a scientifically accurate weakness that allows one to know how kryptonian physiology works. And it's not a green rock, it's a meteor that takes away his powers and causes him enormous pain. Much better weakness than Goku's fear of needles. Borrow one from the doctor's office and Goku will hide under the bed. Even Trunks and Pan couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous this is.

The motivation for Waynes rage was in the beginning, the whole set up with the Capitol was unnecessary, so much gd time.
And they only fought because Supes didn't just open his mouth and explain Martha was in trouble instead of talking in Vagueanese.
THEN on top of all that, Superman dies, what a goddamn mess.

The BvS fight in The Dark Knight Returns PT 2 was leagues better, so much better it's not even funny. Granted Bruce shouldn't have won that either but at least the choreography was as it should've been.
I still don't like how this batman is portrayed. And while superman was being treated as a hero. It's like having spiderman go on a villainous act just to be brought hope by captain America, that's what happens in this movie.
