My only thought would be adding some downward angle to the motors. Was it still squirrely while gliding with the power off?
Hi Mike, thanks for the input. On power off it did glide straight with a slight descent which I was happy about. Will keep your idea in mind. First I think I will mix a little down elevator with the throttle and see what that does. Something I have programmed but not tried yet is differential motor thrust mixed to the ailerons, stay tuned! You have some neat models on your channel. I like the ME163, used to fly a spee400 version back in the 90's, it was a screamer too! Thanks for watching, have a great day!

Clearly grossly tail heavy. There is a reason real life twins have engines even ahead of wing leading edge
