- Seat Leon 2017 start/stop permanent off. I described how I disabled start/stop on Seat Leon 2017 ST 1.6 TDI 85kw using VCSD programm and OBD cable.
This method can be used on other cars from VAG groupation.

what version of cable do you use to do all that? and software of course. where can I get all that?
It is chinese clone of VCDS interface. I brought it from local internet store, but you can find it on ebay. Better option is to use original cable and software you can buy it from Ross tech company.

It is applicable to wide range of cars, just software version needs to be newer for newer cars. My car is 2017, this works for older and newer models

@@Rick-mh9wm On the OBD part of the cable there is mark : VAG 189 and on the other part of the cable is USB laptop connector. This is hardware part , and you need softvare with name VCDS. It is sold together, cable with CD ... I bought it for my previous car Fabia 2 from 2010 and same cable works for Seat 2017.
