You made it look easy to vlog while working, having a meeting, cycling and doing the groceries. But I know how much effort it takes to put this vlog together. So hats off to you!
Sometimes, you will find yourself in this exact situation where you don't get enough sleep, its once in a blue moon thing. But even at that, you were still able to do your daily routine, and nobody would even notice lack of sleep from the previous day. Thats an exceptional attribute you should improve on. I love the way you do your things, well organised, no rush and even in between, you find time to refresh, which is very important. You have developed a very exceptional and quality work culture which I think may become standards for so many start-ups that pay close attention to what you do. Continue to do your thing, I believe in you and i think many people share same opinion

8 hours ago every day but working on weekends. How is life as an entrepreneur so far?
5 to 7 hours generally? Sometimes lesser if I stay up just to watch RUclips even if I have to wake at 5 or 6 in the morning...
I’ve been struggling with a lack of sleep for years and it’s still hard to stop working and sleep early sometimes. but seriously, don’t underestimate the effects of good and restful sleep! it boosts your mood, productivity, motivation, simply everything. 7 hours are known as the minimum of sleep your brain needs to restore the basic functions (only the basic ones!). especially people who work a lot and/or work out need to be careful. I’m a cyclist too and enough rest is as important as stretching after cycling. being sleep deprived has become a trend somehow but it shouldn’t be. let’s take care of our health, guys :)

Kinda why I don't really go for morning rides anymore. Hard to sleep the night before. I end up just sleeping at 3pm and waking up at 12 or something. Which people with a job cannot do.

I definitely have days where I'm in a rut or am feeling unmotivated - it's only human to have bleh days like that! I try to let myself process that feeling and those emotions, then make actionable baby steps so I can start with smaller accomplishments to feel better 💛
Also, good eye for the sticky notes haha. I was very inspired after reading David Goggins' Can't Hurt Me. There's a section he has in the book about having an "accountability mirror". I highly recommend reading this book if you want some motivation!

its long stressful hours in singapore... many people who cannot take stress kill themselves.. society do not have sympathy for victims... overall everyone hacks, scam and tear down each other but nice to each other in the surface
I think this heavily depends on the industry and company you're at!
My day start from 7.30am but by 6.30 pm I am so knackered that I just want to lie on bed after work

This was a Thursday & yes!
Weekdays will be slightly shorter rides (around 35-45km rides) just so we can enjoy a coffee and get home in time to start work :)
Are you going back to canada? Vancouver and montreal are have good cycling paths
