The sad thing about this was, Nightshade had a nice clean win, but fall afterwards. This was the last time Tilt was played in the uk, although many suggested on fansites gladiators and contenders should had been attached to harness. As it was a popular event. Nightshade picked up a virus a few weeks before this, while filming The Ashes in Australia In the start of this serious, she did start of well having wins on Pryamid... She did return for serious 5, although it was a mess
@heartagramaddiction I think the gladiator your thinking of her hurt her back on tilt was panther theres a clip of it up somewhere to, jet actually picked up her injury on pyramid
does anyone know if this put nightshade out of the show for the rest of the season? because i watched the series four final on virgin 1 the other day, and i was expecting nightshade to appear on duel or something, but she was a no-show :[ shame, she was brilliant
Nightshade returned in the first quarter final for Dangerzone, then in quarter finals 2 and 4 on The Wall, where she had 2 losses, then in the first semi-final, where she had a win and her only loss on Pole-Axe. Neither Nightshade or Amazon where there for the Final.
@dwswh Um, dude, see if you look at the history, Tilt caused two of the most serious injuries in the entire show. Nightshade suffered a neck injury in 1995 (as was shown in this clip), and Jet had a back injury in 1994. Yes it should have been safer, but it should have been axed the year before as well. The event was also axed due to complaints from the gladiators that it was too much in favour of the contenders.
Who ever designed this game deserves to have to play it themselves!

Where is she now?
1:23; What Sachs meant by that was earlier in the programme, Trojan sustained an injury during Powerball, but was able to continue.
Damn, first Panther now Nightshade.
0:27 Contenders sure were getting more powerful by this point, with Jenny almost being Nightshade's weight, despite being so much shorter!!!
@DangerDave17 Yeah the clip of Panther seriously injured herself is on here
4:12 Nice how they made on the spot rule changes because of Nightshade's injury!! :D

Yeah she did, but 2 day's ago it was Jet-Diane Youdale's birthday 2 day's ago 13th February 51 years old now.
I hated this event some gladiators got injured cause of this event
They made the platforms level on the American Gladiators version of the event, "Tug-o-War".
Amazon looks so relieved when the ref blows his whistle on the first pull.
After what happened to her fellow Olympian Gladiator, I don't blame her.

0:17 Nightshade looked so cute there. :P
I do recall nightshade getting injured in duel
Trust Nightshade to be badass enough to still get the win, despite getting injured.

Panther in S3 QF1 I think had one of the worst injuries and falls of all time, she fell forward headfirst and landed very awkwardly.
Rest in peace Falcon
poor nightshade :(
Where's nightshade now?
nightshade was the best female gladiator along with flame and phoenix and zodiac and lightning.
nightshade got a lot of injurys in this series, even on pole axe if i remember rightly... kmt!
AG = American Gladiators
Hmm..did this game retire just before AG revealed Tug-o-War, because AG had a much safer version, I think.
28th October 1995
Why a poor audience for Kay?
@dwswh fair enough :)
it totally sux whenever a gladiator gets injured in an event
Nightshades injury's were purely down to old age.. She never had the endurance of Zodiak and Lightening..
she ain't as old as Wolf
@@Johnno9989 She was the same age as Warrior in fact, and only one year older than Shadow!!!!
