I am qualified CA , to all my juniors who are watching this video , I wanted to share that there are lot of opportunities available in the market . Apart from Audit there are lot of opportunities for CAs in finance , taxation including Direct & indirect , Costing etc. The Lot of information in this video shared about work orientation is not true.
The topic is of Core finance not audit and tax We r talking about IB PE VC Asset management for which CA is not relevant
Can you tell about placement or job opportunity because I heard that in this era of ai it is replacing the job of many people making them unemployed after ca
@@1sh935 There are lot of CAs who are working in these areas. Just google the list of people in TOP Management of these IB , PEs etc. & check how many of them are CAs
@@riodox NOPE it s totally wrong . Jobs relating to consulting, advisory will not be impacted by AI . AI will ease your work but it will never replace your work. Process oriented jobs are the ones which will be more impacted by AIs .

If you are interested in traditional accounting, audit , taxation career, go for CA.
If you are interested in core finance, investing banking, private equity etc , go for CFA.
Of course You can work in large investment banks, asset management firms etc even after completing CA too. But you need to have a competitive edge like all india rank, articleship in big firms etc. Otherwise it would be very difficult to get into these careers. So i highly recommended doing cfa or mba after ca for getting into more finance roles.

Sir, I did my undergrad from DU regular in BCOM and also doing my MCOM from BHU (main campus) and along with this am preparing for CA intermediate it's my 2nd attempt in it. And now i am exploring CFA, will this be a viable option to do so for my future career prospects or should i focus only on CA ?

Sir, I have passed all the levels of CFA program in first attempt and currently appearing for interviews at different companies. I am currently thinking of attempting CA IPCC exams group by group while working full time(if I am able to land a job)to gain comprehensive knowledge and also to prove that my past academic does not reflect what I can achieve.my academic history has been well below average because of lack of focus in ug and in 10th. Please recommend me if I should go ahead with my decision or not with taking articalship criteria into account.

Higher Education like MBA also counts in Experience , 1000 hours for each year , Post Graduation Work experience is Counted

CFA charterholder has high salary Bcoz CA has average salary 7-10 lakh whille CFA has average salary of 44lakh if you clear all three levels If you clear Two levels of CFA than your average salary will be 10lakh+
Edit : CFA charterholder can earn 44lakh not only CFA member .A only CFA earn between 15-20 lakh
