Just a sidenote because I've already done this run myself, you should always begin the run as the Pyromancer as it gives you the same armour/weapons/spell that Laurentius has by default and therefore allows you to include asylum as part of the run. Not to mention the skip if you think not having Fire Orb/Combustion invalidates the cosplay.
You come up with some of the most unique challenge run ideas. The “[weapon type] only,” “weapon art/AoW only” etc etc.. is still very entertaining, but cosplaying as a bunch of characters is just so out there. It’s really refreshing!
I didn't think I'd watch an almost hour long video from a channel I'd never seen before, but the super fun idea and commentary kept me engaged until the end. Great job, lots of fun to watch!

The perfect thing to watch while playing Shadow of the Erdtree. I love how creative and unexpected most of your video challenge premises are. Also, if you care, and it’s entirely possible you’ve considered this before, there is an idea I just thought of for a possible challenge run. I don’t know if you ever played Call of Duty: Black Ops, but there was this mode called Sharpshooter where everyone’s gun would switch to a random new one every minute or so, making things really chaotic and unpredictable. I don’t know if a mod for that exists, but if it does it might be cool to do that with a Soulsborne Ring Twice game, where your weapon randomly changes every minute. Sometimes you have a dagger, then a whip, then a greatsword, with of course the potential you can’t use what it switches to, or that the weight suddenly makes you slowed down. Just an idea I had.
I do cosplay builds a lot my favorite will always be Oscar. Elite Knight is my favorite armor in the series and the astora greatsword while absolutely doodoo cheeks its super fun to use.

I think Havel was the only one that didn't get impersonated by the end, could have done him for asylum demon NG+ Also about the 4 kings: The boss AI is very passive when there are 2 kings. The one in the back will only attack you when you get very close to him, if not then most of the time he'll only watch. That fight is easier than most people think it is, the extra kings are just a false sense of danger.

I do have a question that I have felt weird asking but its been in the back of my head since the start and it will keep bothering me until I find out. What gender are you (or non-gender)? You have a very soothing and pleasant voice, but it just 'neutral' enough I can't tell and for some reason it remains a mystery that bothers me.

Yeah, it gets outclassed later on but it's a fun early game weapon for sure
i've seen many challenge runs which only use specific NPC gear, but this is by far the most creative!
