Is this some kind of condensed version? because it is not following the text from the book verbatim. It omits some of it.

I was looking forward to listening to this, but the music in the background is too much

Disappointed. The acting is pretty bad, especially the guy who plays Roark.

It’s an insult to the fountainhead . Doesn’t capture the spirit

It seems like a longer movie with only audio... which I guess is a fine definition of "radio drama"
I do think it largely captures the most important elements, but it does do an even better job of caricaturizing the characters even more than Rand already does on her own. The only other time I've come so close to almost agreeing with an author but seeing them undermine their own thesis is with Orson Scott Card. Maybe J.K Rowling.
If you want a book/author/series that does Objectivism in a nuanced way that actually makes sense, Rand isn't the place -- I recommend the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind, but you also have to stomach fantasy and supremely violent and graphic situations.
