Lovely bookmark, It would be very helpful If you could slow the tutorial video down, especially when It comes to making the tassel. As I'm a beginner. I would really like to achieve this bookmark. Thank you for sharing .

Not sure if you'll see this but, the music is extremely distracting, especially without any accompanying instruction. Certainly the pattern is easy, but it's very difficult to follow when the only instruction is "pause and point". I understand that not everyone feels comfortable with or prefers to speak in videos, but some text on screen would help significantly here. Additionally, forcing the viewer to try and count along isn't very helpful or easy to follow. At the very least, stating the multiples required for the chain + the number of block chains would've made this pattern much more friendly to anyone wishing to follow along.

Agree. We don't need to see every single stitch done but it would be helpful to have text with stitch instructions. It would be nice to work along with the instructor.

I'm pretty new to crochet, this is very hard to follow. The music is distracting and there are no verbal or written instructions..?

This method is innovative and you have to crochet according to the video. 🌹

@@poplarcrochet like I said, I'm very new to crochet so just watching someone do stitches isn't helpful for me. You mention "innovative" which seems to me would be more of a reason to explain what you're doing. I see it's helpful for a lot of others and that's great. I just wanted to leave some feedback because I'm sure I'm not the only person that can't learn this way. Have a great day.

Hi! Are there written directions anywhere? There is an abbreviation key, but what is it for if there are no written instructions...? Can you say how many chains there should be to start off with?
Edit: I agree with the previous commenter about the music. I had to mute it to try and follow what your stitches were.

Very hard to follow. Music is a distraction. I don't want to count your chains. If you don't want to talk you should at least put directions on screen. I won't be making this. Sorry.

@@poplarcrochet anything should be able to be described. You just have to be creative about it if it doesn't use already established terms. I understand that doing such might be difficult, but saying it *cannot* be described isn't quite true. You couldn't find a way to. That's ok btw, no hate, just saying 😅
