I'm more into traditional katas, but I also enjoy watching Extreme Forms. You have to be in top physical condition and have good coordination to pull those moves off.
I hate to be the hater, but since Gemma's been doing martial arts for so long and now tricking for some years, shouldn't she be able to get higher on her flips? I just sayin'...
@@gabrielgabriel5177 I don't do all those flips and multiple high kicks that are more for show rather then for fighting, I use techniques that are practical and effective in a fight, not stuff that looks fancy.
@@YouthFreedomFighters you should realize that modern combat sports are also for show only. They are just different kind of show. You are saying that your sport is more practical but its only practical for your sport. Why would all martial artist be interested to be practical in your sport? Also they do not always critisize your sport as you do about theirs. And why do you do yiur sport? Maybe to look fancy also.
@Raikoh1989 Are you kidding my Gemma's stances and tricks are worlds better than Chloe Bruce. All of Chloe Bruce's forms look the same all she does is kick really high. Gemma can do that, has good technique, and is a better tricker.

Such kicks look flashy and are good for show and look good in the movies, but they have far too less power to be effective in a real fight.
