    I used to work for a Spesh dealer and am not surprised by this at all. This wasn't specifically said by them or their rep, but they were viewing expansion of e-bikes not into the bicycle market, but the transportation market. "Don't buy a car, don't buy a motorcycle, buy an e-bike". This fits that vision precisely, and when viewed from such an angle, I like this a lot. Plus, the quality is there on their e-bikes. They have poured an incredible amount into it.

    For some reason it doesn'tappeearthe app is recording every ride when on. Can you do an instuctional video in more detail on using the Globe app. Alll I do is turn on the bike and the app then ride. I don't see a start ride tab like for my Turbo Levo so I assumed it would start recording whenever the bike and app are turned on and in close proximity to each other.

    Do they sell those shirts with the logo or smiley face branding on them? Stickers at the very least.

    I recently purchased a Specialized Haul ST bike and was very disappointed with the quality. I experienced several errors and the battery performance was poor. I posted a 1-star review on the Specialized website, but it never showed up. I contacted Specialized support and complained about the fact that they were hiding my review. The support person said that this is the marketing department and he has no access to the reviews. He also admitted that they reject some of the reviews. I said that this is dishonest. He said, "I can understand."
    I am very disappointed with Specialized's customer service and their decision to hide negative reviews. I am returning the bike and I will never buy a bike from them again.

      just got mine and im happy with it. the error you got was due to too much dialectic grease and that problem has been fixed. if you got a bad battery, you should take that up with specialized, not the youtube comment section.

      You guys are saying we should not wash the bike with a water hose. If am traveling 133 kms w week from April to the end of november and this is my only transportation, what will happen if I have to ride 68 kms in heavy rain for 3 hours? Is it not recommended to ride imwhen it's raining? I am looking for an e-bike that will bring me from point a to point b, in all kind of weather, except snow, ice and salt on the road during the winter. In other words, I am riding during three seasons, except for winter. Should I keep this bike in my mind or look for another brand? Peace.
