Ironside retreated when he thought Lancelot was Ban in the Sistana arc so I'm not sure why he thought facing the REAL Ban was going to be different
He retreated due to mortlach but yeah it’s possible due to the time skip and him feeling confident
But Ban whoop Ironside like actual dad, he literally tell thru his attack "don't talk to me or my son ever again"

Poor Lancelot. He was so hurt. Ban though shows a real father behaviour. He met Ironside, remembered what Lance said and wanted to avenge Percival. Now Ban will try to meet up with the gang it seems. With the remaining SDS. This will be epic too.

Ironside thought he could defeat the guy who took blows from the demon king without getting injured😂😂
And one of the chaos knights put a weakness spell on him reducing Ban's physical ability to 1/10 of its normal state, and Ban still wipes Ironside like a ragdoll.
I think you're underestimating the reason Lancelot seemingly grieved "The hardest" out of the group. You have to remember Lancelot can read the hearts of others, so you cannot lie to him. Even if you lie to yourself, Lancelot knows your're lying and when he meets Percival he slowly realizes that Percy is true to his heart and doesn't lie unlike others. Lancelot has shown plenty of times throughout the series that he's almost surprised when Percy is true to himself and his own heart almost to the point of fault which usually makes Lancelot grin and agree to the ridiculous idea Percy comes up with.
Honestly I don't think u have any point. Lancelot being able to read hearts doesn't change anything. Anne can literally also tell if ur lying yet I doubt she abandoned the mission and went home to cry
@@Tristiansonofmeliodas3000Trist anne can only sense lies lance can actually read percy's heart you have to remember percy is the only one not afraid of him in that group! Ie vs arthurs holy knight. Lance monolouge was basically him being dissqpointed in the group because they were all afraid of him execept percy. Percival was the only one exited you could even see lance smile because of it

I'm glad ban defeated two of the chaos knights and gave Ironside a good beating justice for percival and payback for his sons emotional trauma over his friends death this chapter leads us what the 4 knights did they disbanded without percival taking on arthur invasion their own good character growth for the knights.
I feel like smth is wrong? Which 2 did ban defeat other than Ironside? He killed one last chapter so who is the last one ?
Best thing about this series is we get awesome moments like these from veterans of 7DS, from howzer to meliodas, there's no arc where a veteran doesn't come in and shine like a star
i think ban remembered the time the demon king harmed his own son zeldris and this history repeating itself caused him to fold ironside since he also harmed his son percival
The moment Ban found out who was Ironside, you knew the rage of a father was about to come out

@@archangel9150 To be honest, we barely see anyone stronger than Ban beside Meliodas and maybe Arthur. Maybe Lancelot is close, but maybe even King is weaker than Ban.
He went from suffering and getting hurt by any and every normal attack but never dying to nothing even makes him feel but he can die
Aside from the power boost, he was able to beat his sin of Greed by giving up his immortality to revive the woman he loves so much.
The crazy thing is we see all of the sins like king, ban, meliodas, Diane and gother which we know we will see come together. However, we still did not see confirmation that they meet Merlin at all. I believe that she is a neutral party like for example the Merlin from the fate series they are op and since she is that she will not fight properly because of what happened with the only true person that loved her and now gone is escanor.

It would make sense why Arthur told the 4 evils to avoid the sins. Arthur might know despite as strong as the 4 evils are they are still not as strong as the sins, so he's probably waiting for the 4 evils to complete their current mission so Arthur can fight the sins himself. Just a theory tho.

Okay first he's writing a Griffin oh so I believe Tristan will be the main focus he is the son previous main character Ocean restaurant probably still training to get stronger to avenge Percival or find a way to bring him back also I just realize something this series is heavenly inspired by dragon Ball z do you remember how Goku first die who was at the other side going to planet Kai to train it would be the same thing with Percival someone will train him probably someone we know a long time ago this series

Also this chapter was not only pure epicness but also a bit of fan service for Ban fans because Ban really didn't let Ironside get away without giving him an iron side for the road.😂
Plus we get to see more abilities being utilized by Ironside even reoccurring abilities I remember seeing from the FK anime like the Belfast Margot and the Ragna Claw even though he didn't use it this chapter but still the fight was epic and I really do hope that in the next chapter I'll get to see my boy Meliodas again and of course the other SDS😁

My man really thought his puny djinn could do something against ban...ban survived and had his body grew accustomed in purgatory.. He is basically a solid tank. Unless you hit him with powers greater than that what the purgatory can do then it's useless.

@@TheGreekWeebHe could've done that beforehand knowing they will eventually come across any of the sins and avoid death from any of them or at least boost them so that they could take them head-on.. But instead he instructed them to avoid direct confrontation against the sins. Even meliodas was giving Arthur a hard time, if it wasn't for tristans stupidity. From what I can see he already somewhat boosted their abilities, yet it still pales in comparison.
Plus the sins are retired so they don't usually get involved because their time of war has ended. And as the prophecy states, it is the job of the 4 knights to bring down arthur. So they will most likely just pave a way for them or help a bit..and if everything turns south then they will take over. Also there's that guiniveres vision of what may happen to the sins. So arthur might have something up his sleeve as a backup.
Considering one of the knights nerfed ban to a 10th of his strength he'd have absolutely annihilated him

Ban was now the strongest human alive now that escanor was dead. He went to the demon realm and also able to get out of there. with the help of his immortality his body was able to hold so much drastic boost on magic power that no ordinary human can. He already far surpasses the limits of an ordinary human the same tier as non human races.
Yeah he is the strongest full human period, he’d beat base arthur, beats escanor since he seems to have gotten stronger. And even comes close to meliodas and zeldris

After reading this chapter I wonder a few things like, How did Arthur decide that Ironside along with the other three to the Four Evils/strongest of his Holy Knights (Cause to me I feel like none of these knights have fought someone who was from the other Races Ex A Giant), What happened to the Holy Knights Ranking like Diamond, Can other races, Mage like Merlin or People who have elemental Magics learn use the Spirit Arts too, Can someone have more than one of the same element spirit Ex Can they have two Wind Spirits etc...?
I thought those rankings were in a different kingdom.
That's the funny thing, Arthur never thought that, U literally just made everything u said up + The only knights ranking is only for liones . So far in camelot there is literally no ranking of strength

I am starting to think Ironsides is the weakest of the Four Evils. The only fights we saw him in were with a couple of inexperienced kids and an old Holy Knight who while strong was clearly past his prime. He couldn’t even defeat Varghese in a sword fight and just resorted to lethal magic attacks instead.

my issue is the chaos power legit soloed everyone on the team and the only one to show some power was Meliodas when he escaped the mind control Cath showed him so either Authur doesn't know how to use his power or The writer is pulling a huge asspull by nerfing Authur cause hes suppose to be broken. Since he was show to alter the world itself.
I kinda agree with u but I also disagree. Yes it feels like the write is nerfing Arthur but at the same time Arthur has never really taken anything serious. He acknowledges people as strong but he doesn't see any of them as a threat to him, only his kingdom. Why do u think in liones arc he was just smiling till the very end ? Why he never summoned excalibur?
It think it makes sense to why Arthur isn't that strong for many reasons :
1- escanoe can't use true power of sunshine and it's killing him
2- The author stated that the archangels are much stronger without a host
3- Cath is a better user of chaos power than Arthur
4- Arthur couldn't even handle the power of Excalibur and chaos is on a different level

To the point where he most likely became the very first Human capable of surviving in Purgatory in fully coated flesh and blood without dying instantly.
Just like how Humans evolved from Monkey’s, Ban has evolved to something beyond human.
He’s an evolved Homo-Sapien.

I knew Nanatsu no Taizai (7ds) from animax, first season of anime. I love it and watch it to season 2. But season 3 and Season 4 is ah.......😢😢😂. I continue read Mokushiroku Yonkishi ( 4 appocalypse) until the newest chapter.
7DS has potential like JJK, Demon Slayer (KNY), Chainsawman.
