The reason i watch these videoes, is because i can see myself in the description, BUT, if you think about it, its almost lik its to good to be true. Its like all the traits are good. And when a video is talking about negative traits of the Sigma, they are actually talking about traits that are not negative.

I would say I fit into the 'sigma' category, but also INFJ and sigma empath. In a world that's getting more crowded and noisy than any other time in history, time in solitude to decompress, relax, and actually hear yourself think is quite therapeutic. Solitude is also a time to get things done without distractions.

I know why I choose solitude, I’m not a hermit, very social actually, but sometimes I feel lonely in a crowd. More often than not, that interaction became emotionally and psychologically taxing and I’m less apt to repeat the same behaviors. Is that a personality disorder?
@ No, you sound like your communication is with someone less intelligent, knowledgeable or even interested. You sound like a normal person with a higher IQ than most. You will quickly learn who you can and cannot talk to about certain subjects. Let it go as it’s not worth getting into these conversations with some folks on a totally different wavelength. You will find the right person but it will be a search and could take more time than you think. 😂😂
