I have a confession that I am addicted to trying to use Valhalla Delay on everything, and it's usually not even for delay but to smear the sounds and repitch the repeats to give anything like a vocals or piano riff an ethereal pad underneath that once compressed brings out crazy artifacts. Also, D16 Repeater Delay is dumb and underrated for general delay purposes it's my go-to because of all the different emulations in it. Finally I got to give love to arguably my most powerful delay plugin for sound design and that's Melda MTurboDelay.

Valhalla Delay is the best to me, its not entirely as versatile as Echoboy but it can get even wavier sounds.

All great tools! Just depends on what sound/workflow you like best. Have yet to check out the MTurboDelay tho
Comeback Kid is low key slept on. Its not as intricate as a Echoboy but its still very dope
