I would assume they take ownership of the character and learn how to do it all but I can imagine it’s not for everyone.

Closest thing the Rangers have to a mascot is Dancing Larry, who comes out and does the same dance to the same song every home game. He’s just a bald dude not employed by the team. Rangers legend
