Honestly, I thought it would cost a lot more, given the excellent quality of the materials... I will order 4 or 5 straight away, before they sell out and run out of stock !!!
@@EGGUZMAN A reasonable price for this device could be between 60 and 80 dollars, at most even 100 if the materials are well finished... thinking of offering it on the market at 249 dollars means nipping it in the bud, not wanting to sell it, or being crazy!! ! And even crazier would be the one who decided to buy it for 249 dollars!!!
@@aureliomarsili3902 I agree. At most $120. Also, not being Xbox X/S compatible at the time of release is a big mistake!, their most target market looking for a gamepad like this MSFS. Very strange thinking on their part.
To pay $250 dollars for a product that shouldn't cost more than $39 dollars is INSANE! It's nothing more than an XBox controller with a few more features. I have a bridge to sell anyone who thinks the price for this XBox controller is worth the cost. Good video and to each their own.
I would agree with that with the exception of the mini yoke.. this definitely is more for the mobile pilot or someone on a laptop but I believe it does have a place
@@OverkillSimulations also despite the excellent rudder trigger I don’t see it as a good helicopter controller. Left thumbstick is kind of a deal breaker…
Where can I see this Mini Yoke? Can you provide a link?..I Googled Super Mini Yoke it but it is coming up with the normal big Yokes like the Logitech and Alpha...TIA
this is a really cool controller but at that price it should use hall effect joysticks /triggers/sliders . its just a matter of time the pots in this start to drift and become unusable
I also use an Elite 2 Controller, but it is 50% heavier than the Yawman Arrow. And on a long flight those 50% counts. The price is now $199.00, I got a $50 refund.
The prices for sim related gear is really starting to get ridiculous. This is a perfect example of an outrageous price that is absolutely not justified.
I think the idea behind the Yawman Arrow is very interesting, but this first offering doesn’t look like a home-run. It’s as expensive as a Logitech X56, and is technologically behind other cheaper gamepads, lacking huge quality of life features such as wireless operation. I think something like a Turtle Beach Velocity One stick, or a VKB Gladiator might have it beat feature-wise, even though more bulky than a gamepad.
Albeit a very nice and intuitive design, the use case of the consumer does not justify the price point that has been tagged. Offering a 1 year guarantee is the only thing being offered by a new dev/manufacturer is a big no no. That is the basic thing offered here in the uk so very sceptical. On top of that the plastic looks like it will turn that nasty yellow baked on colour after a while. The casual flight simmer might have a use case but again they should be put off by the price.
If you watch the MS Live Stream on Twitch, you can see how the guy is dying inside a bit as the MS guy pointing out that they put the trim wheel on the wring side. 🙂
249$ HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA This is how the video should have started: "This gamepad costs a quarter of a thousand dollars"
Honestly since he has gotten more popular you can tell he isn’t really paying for his products in the reviews anymore. I used to enjoy his videos but they are quickly becoming 20 minute ads rather than reviews.
Did someone say $250 for this gamepad? This is a joke…….right? Please tell me is a joke. I want the shit that this company is smoking for charging that much. It’s theft at the highest level but someone will buy it, that’s for damn sure. Must be made in the US of A😂
Are the 2 bottom sliders (round head) made in metal ? Because popping out like this, if they are in plastic they won’t survive the first week.
Definitely enjoyed spad but I agree $250 is a little steep and no iOS support is a show stopper.
I don't think I would have a use for this, but thanks for demo-ing it.

Way Cool ! I Hope The Scammers Don't Buy This product Out And Boost The Price Like They Did With The Honeycomb Alpha /Bravo
250 usd hell noo 🤦🏽♂️
Wait what. I just started the video, you can buy a complete set up for $300. Ain’t no way
For people with limited space or who travel I think it fills a great niche.
Lower price would be crappy quality and you don't want that.

Great video, but Ooh man I wish I could afford a helicopter collective kit

What up!!! :)
i was pretty stoked for this then i saw the price...
And thank you for not taking off the bracelet your daughter made you. Wear it proudly!
Always!

Mentioning the price at the start of the video would be helpful. As others have said $250 is a bit much.
Mentioning the price at the beginning would cut his views in half….at least. LOL
Not his fault, but the cost is crazy high

The Yawman Arrow is handheld. You are comparing it to tabletop accessories. I am extremely glad it is not as heavy as my Xbox controllers.
