    30 pcs. fig leaves
    1 liter of water
    1 kg of sugar
    1 lemongrass
    Description:
    For the syrup I will use 30 pcs. fresh fig leaves. Wash well and pour 1 liter of water. Boil for 20 minutes. They are then allowed to cool and the liquid is filtered. In a saucepan put the strained juice of fig leaves and 1 kg. sugar. Boil for 30 minutes on low heat. Two minutes before I remove the syrup from the stove, I put 1 again. limontuzu of 10 g. Allow to cool slightly and while still warm pour into bottles with a screw cap. Thus, the syrup does not need sterilization.
