Later, when they are 16 Mattheo's writing his his diary that he'll give his dream girl one day. Y/n doesn't get it, but little does she know he's writing for it for her. At the time, he's writing about what he hopes their future will look like. So he starts writing a diary for her admitting all those feelings. Although he thinks y/n has feelings for Draco so he doesn’t give it to her. So when summer break ends and 6th year he feels as though they have reconnected. Days later he eventually musters up the courage to give her the diary and when he does, it all ends up like a fairytale as y/n has liked him since the day they met on the Hogwarts Express.
They met cause they both had pure blood/ death eater family’s (Malfoy’s and riddles) and they have been friends since they were 8 so when they went off to Hogwarts together they got even closer but in around to sixth year she and him got really close and sparks started flying when she expected his diary he has had since he was a child was for her! 😊
POV: Mattheo and Y/N are childhood best friends but she knows that Mattheo likes another person. Mattheo and that other person start dating so Y/N is super sad. Years later he is still writing the diary but y/n is confused because she thought he was writing for his old crush but little does she know he loves her and wants to be with her.
POV: Your Draco Malfoys sister and you and Matteo meet through death eater meetings and always hang out while those went on. You guys hung out A LOT and got rly close, you got to the point where yall saw each other at meetings and would talk on the phone on the weekends. When you both turned 11 you guys got sorted into sylerin together and shared a dorm, still just friends… you of course have had a crush on him for a long time and were afraid to tell him. After the dairy seen: Y/n: so you rly like her huh? Matteo: uhh yea I- I do Y/n: what do you like abt her? Matteo: well.. s-she’s super funny, and smart and pretty and her eyes are- did I say the funny part? Y/n: wow you like rly like her huh? Don’t leave me for some girl ok? Mattheo struggles to express love for others. After learning about how y/n might want kids someday he started writing letters to y/n and their potential future children in case something went wrong. A few years after this interaction y/n walked in on him writing like she does every day and asked who’s it for “someone special”. Y/n never knew what that ment if for her or someone else. Before the battle of hogwarts they moved out of the dorms bought a little cottage and finished out school. Just as the battle begun Mattheo finished his letters praying he wouldn’t d!e. He made it but y/n didn’t. He now reads the letters he wished he had given to her and dreaming of the future he thought he got to have.
POV: he actually isn’t writing it for Y/n but he is hopeful that he is writing it for something they will share someday…..he is writing it for their future firstborn
