Only difference is ki jo exposed element heater hoti hai woh oxygen ko consume karti hai, like the surya one, jitne bhi closed element heaters hai woh oxygen consume nahi karti. Simple is the best, jo surya wala heater hai wahi sabse simple & best hai agar use carefully and properly use kiya jaye toh agar apke paas budget hai toh Oil filled room heater use kijie much better compared these heaters but costly, and agar joints me dard hai toh, use hot water bag/ointments, much better for pain relief.
An electric room heater can't decrease oxygen percentage of a room as it works on the heating effect of electric current and for the heating effect of electric current, oxygen has no role. Oxygen will decrease if heating is done by burning fuel as combustion (burning) is an oxidation reaction with oxygen i e oxygen is utilised in burning, hence any burning will decrease oxygen percentage. But an electric heater will decrease humidity by increasing air temperature and humidity is directly proportional to temperature also.
I have convection heater but I just can't stand it for even 15 minutes. My head starts aching...now I understood it could be because decrease in humidity. Does all heater do that? or should I try radiant heater??

Oil based heater is costly, consume more power but give natral heating without drying skin and after switching off also room remain warm for longer duration but it takes time to make room warm intially. @nd best option is radiant heater. Radiant heater uses three type of element, halogen, quartx and carbon. Carbon element heater is best after oil heater as its heat is mild and also do little healing by enhancing blood circulation and also it does give glare. Cost of carbon heater is less then oil but more then halogen & quartz. Halogen heater is cheap but not comfortable to eye, in quartx glare is less. While using heating device in a room always keep some water in the room like is small buket or mug so that humidity issue can be minmised.
