The choir you hear is Oslo fagottkor, a gay choir who have collaborated a lot with Aurora. Their name is a word play on the Norwegian name for the bassoon, "fagott", and, well. They sing with Aurora and Wardruna at the Trænafestivalen live version of "Helvegen". They are also at her Nidarosdomen concert and on some other songs on her albums.
I love Aurora and I am loving your Aurora reactions. Keep it up, Mason, you continually open my 71-year-old eyes with your commentary and interpretations. Yes, there are people over 70 who love Aurora too!

@@kaiiser2190 I read an explanation of the song in an interview in a Norwegian newspaper. In her childhood there lived a woman in the little town, whom the children were scared of. Aurora made up a story about her in her notebook. The story is a fiction born in the brain of a child. I have seen that some people belive it to be a true story (In boxes, that is)

I'm aware of the interpretations relating to the woman psychopath...However, I tend to think that the sentences "I hide other pieces that you never would have liked if you knew about them. So I hide my children..." could be about Aurora, since Aurora calls her songs "my children". She hides her songs from her lover, so that he wouldn't discover certain things about her.
Yess finally my favorite track ! I'm glad you enjoyed the song :) In bottles is really an interesting song and could be interpreted in many ways, very metaphorical song. Like you saw, In bottles is a continuation of In boxes, a song from her first EP. Hoping you will react to it quickly so you can understand the similarities 🌌

I really enjoyed that real reaction by a real person! This is another interesting song with a catchy beat. Yes another livestream would be great, the HAIK documentary is really good.
Can’t wait for the next track, number 8, which is her favorite number, and the title track of this album. It’s probably my second all time fave song of hers.
I would consider the KEXP concert as it's not only one of her best live performances but also has the advantage of only being 28 minutes long, I'll not say too much to spoil it but I think you'll enjoy her energy from that performance.

Refreshing to see you pick up on what a BEAST Aurora can be when she picks up on her Bergen roots and goes EM (not EDM of the present). Bergen has a deep history of high-quality electronica for "Feinschmeckers".

Well, I'm waiting for a reaction to one very special song, but I have to be patient until the end of the demons album. It would not make any sense to do it earlier.

@@MusicWithMason That would be A LOT to take in ! I suggest to keep the one-song-per-video reactions and analysis in order to give the single songs the attention they deserve. But that's only my humble opinion. Of course you have to decide how you will do it.

I only compared his clicks and the pure audio is not as interesting as the live performances or video clips. Understandably. You watch youtube to have something for your eyes and ears and not just for your ears. In addition, the reactions are also different if you already know the song and then see the live videos or the official videos for it. There are hardly any left. But these are just my impressions.
