I thought this was about what happens when you realize that it is the soul that reincarnates and not you.
Soul receives the virtues if you got any from this life and you are then discarded.
You are just an entry in Akashic records afterwards.
Instead I got a video about a Spanish catholic woman's wall in the brain about not being able to wrap her mind around reincarnation.

The Sufi mystic, Hazrat Inayat Khan, taught that the soul comes but once( like the outbreath of the Divine) and during its ingress attracts impressions of past lives. Ie. It is impressions which recycle not individuals. On it’s return ( the inbreath) its life experiences are absorbed by new soul emanations coming in. It is impressions which recycle, not individuals. Our journey continues through the higher realms, shedding garments as we go, evermore melting into the final full absorption of our ultimate Identity.

I certainly agree that the human history of spiritual evolution is punctuated by the advent of many "GOD descends to
(physical earth) becomes man (human male body only). The rest of us can be considered "divine-spark" avatars,
whose apparent individuality is a descent from our causal body, the formless HOME of the reincarnating ego-mind.
A further condensate concept is that reincarnation is the hand within the astrological glove, and that Karma is the
accumulation of mental/emotional Impressions, in the fabric of all space/time.
The divine is in all of us - we are the Avatar - yo reap the benefits we need to behave and act noble

We should also consider the nature of time in this context.
In reality, there is no past, present or future lives because there is only THIS timeless boundless eternal moment. It is ever expanding outward which presents to us the illusion of passing time, but the reality is not taking place in a linear way (not going from future to past etc..).
And so if that is so (and it is) then how is there any time for reincarnation? How can there be a past or future life without a past or future?
Of coarse, if you cannot yet see that past and future do not really exist, then within that view (illusory view) for you there may be reincarnation - because you (anyone) perceive reality in terms of past and future (aka "linear" time).

Reality exists in 3 dimensions: our material one, the intermediate dimension and the absolute...you are counting only 2 dimensions and forgetting about the intermediate one, that Plato called the world of ideas, the spiritual realm....we keep reincarnating until we realize we are avatars! You are right, but forgetting about the intermediate dimension!
@rodrigomesquita5262 who or what reincarnates. Are you sure. And how. It's not sure. I would say it's imagination, conjecture and fancy as to who could know and how to know in order to irrefutably prove the who and what it is that reincarnates. Even igor does not make such a brazen claim.
I hope that people don't think that this is groundbreaking here. It's not a new concept, for people have been saying this for hundreds, if not for thousands of years!
Igor says all attributes are left behind at death. But perhaps certain tendencies (learnt attributes) are stored in a subtler body which reincarnates. He implies that consciousness is either Devine Light or an Avatar. Could there not be more kinds of conscious being?
Several western esoteric schools would ageee with you. There seems to be a subtle body that keeps certain core imprints that will gather momentum in grosser form eventually. The relationship between Source - Spirit - Consciousness - higher soul/individuality - ego.
I believe Igor lacks a certain preciseness.

I have met arond a dozen people who have clearly seen a past life of 'mine' with very high accuracy. Most of these people were very solid, humble and almost hesitant to speak about it. The information was spot on what I am struggling with now with much anguish. They knew little to nothing about these struggles. I felt full body resonance when these encounters revealed the information. Nothing to boast about. Mostly hard violence in a particular culture/age and religious setting.
I hold this lightly but with reverence.
Very possibly that maybe part of it according to one's intentions....one maybe sent through the counter force one generated in the epoch via the eras....if u get my drift...thanx for the question

This Avatar explanation doesn’t sit right with me. I believe that some qualities of the individual do reincarnate, until
the point where the individual has attained liberation and that individuality ceases to exist. For me this explains the very different personalities and traits that we are born with, far more than DNA. I also believe the accounts of many people who have recalled their past lives, some in detail.
Individuality may not be present in the state of Samadhi or deep sleep, but it’s back as soon as these temporary states end…that is how I believe it is with reincarnation, until such states are no longer temporary.

ha at the time of the invasion of Tibet.. there were 600,000 or so monks ... 1600 of them were reincarnations... tulkas.... rebirth is something else. Rebirth is the reprocessing of the ego from one life to another, if we were just a personality we could never escape the gravitational pull of life..... a soul is a substance of being made from the eating of one's karma. Reincarnation is the transference of understanding from one life to another. Ha we are not all avatars, we all have in our hearts a speck of the Buddha or Brahman. We have the spark of the divine, the capacity for union, reunion, and time is irrelevant to spiritual evolution. The history of personality is just a suit not to be identified with, reincarnation is the end process of a long process of life that crystallized into a being of personal godhead.
