Im fully agree, buy sadly most of the coldplay "fans" go to Coldplay show because they only know the songs that sound in the radio daily, but the bests songs of coldplay are the ones that most dont know, like most of the songs of this album
This song holds so much emotion for me. Memories of heartbreak and love lost. But when I hear it now it's bitter sweet. This era Of coldplay was the best.
One of my all time favs from Coldplay. Brilliant guitar work from Buckland & deep emotion from Martin. Great live performance here. Thanks for posting.
Even now they made mistakes, in the concert I went, Chris forgot Viva La Vida's Lyrics lmao What is amazing is how they overcome that and just, make it more magical
These "mistakes " are just so we realize they are a real band. No backing tracking or anything to help them with. These bands are getting rarer and rarer on top 100s now. "B" bands are the best.
This song is so deep and beautiful. I'm stuck in this video. It's not about someone, it's about the feeling this song brings, even though I'm not hurting for anyone right now.
It was a fun time. That year X&Y was released in 2005 was probably one of if not the best years of my life so far. Saw them live for the first time that September and it was awesome. Good time for sure.
This song in this version was wonderful, that ending on the guitar was too top... Coldplay at that time was much better than nowadays, not saying that the band is bad but the musical style has changed a lot!!!
Ok you got the 2005 Glastonbury concert and the and its on BBC live 2005 what could possibly bring back more memories even though I'm just seeing this people who were watching bbc at this time would just see this and memories come pouring into your head
Love Coldplay (seen in 2012 and 2016), but oh so disappointed that they tuned this down a half step for the live show. Don't understand that one. If Chris was 70, I'd understand. What's up, guys???
This particular performance is atrocious. The tuning is not the problem, he seemed to completely fuck up the chord progression on both choruses. Great song, horrid performance
@Joel Keane “fucked up the chord progression on both choruses” Lmao what? It’s his damn song and he’s playing it slightly different. He’s not even out of key, and the chord difference isn’t even that noticeable.
A rush of blood to the head is the best album of coldplay
Is x&y
Parachutes*
New stuff so bad
Its the best album in general...

Jason Carter the era still ongoing pal, I'm going to see them tonight in Dublin at last :) sorry for your loss
comments spot on. great album.
I would say late 90s to early 2000s
Mummmmmmyyyy
How can this be so perfect, it’s because it’s so real, full of hurt and feelings, just amazing
i get butterflies and chills with every song from the first three albums
chassidizzle same is still the same
Bye
Nobody asked.
Same for me, specially when the fans sing the chorus. Coldplay is awesome!!
Yes. That was all#rushofblood
SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IM NOT ALONE COMING BACK HERE
you're not :)
@@viggyatsingh Thank you
You're still not! :)
You never will 😊
still not alone..
Jonny's guitar work is other worldly
brownwings00 Worldly doesn’t mean complicated
@brownwings00 Who cares? It’s about adding to the song, not showing off how technical your chord progressions are.
I'm a guitarist too and I use tons of effects. It's not about complexity, it's about the soul of your playing. Johnny's gift is amazing.
brownwings00 ????? Something basic can’t be good?
@brownwings00 just like your comment.

I went to this Glastonbury, one of the best weekends of my life, will never forget it.
my absolute favorite Coldplay song
Me top, when i listem Thais Sony,i think on Paul Walker🙏🙏🙏❤️🇵🇹🇫🇷
Me too ❤️
i really wish i could travel back in time. i would attend so many coldplay shows in the 2000's oh man..
Too bad they've decided not to play this beautiful song live ever again... I love them so much
Monika Mylonopoyloy why did they decide that? Have they officially said that somewhere? :(
emma Woods yea that's exactly i was wondering cus if it's true it'd break my heart it's my fav sooooong
Monika Mylonopoyloy You know Coldplay is full of surprises. They’ll play that song again.
Monika Mylonopoyloy In the mid 2000s, Chris said they'd never play Green Eyes again, and they play that quite frequently nowadays.
Kinda like when Elton John said he’d never play candle in the wind again after Princess Diana’s funeral but he’s played it since
The thing about being a famous band is if you make a mistake you won't get judged on it. I've seen comments of people saying they Liked the mistakes.
But the media will judge you on everything you do
@@divutian5876 well I mean I guess, but another thing is that I was 13 when I made this comment so thats pretty funny
@@naomihutch1127 wow its been so long for you. hope your life is great!

Coldplay is a feeling, a medicine.
Johnny must’ve gotten his heart shattered at the end bc holy god that was incredible at the end
I'm now addicted to coldplay. Srsly.even though Im only 4 years old when they played this song. I'm jealous to the ppl who experience this era 😭
Coldplay made my Childhood beautiful💕💕💕

Code 46 brought me here.
When I think about all the trashy music they make today it just makes me want to cry.

I shouldn't have you go
😍🎶🎵
Anyone know what guitar hes playing?
Hana Goldroot Gibson ES-335 (candy apple? that red is the famous 335 colour tho)
Looks like an early 60s Gibson Es 335. Like the one Eric Clapton used.
What kind of guitar is the lead singer using?
Erik Janson seems like a Gibson ES-335 semi hollow
What’s the tool he’s using to make the guitar sound like that at the end?
it's an e-bow
