Date harvesting season begins in Oman

With a diverse landscape that is ideal for growing date palm, the Sultanate of Oman is home to over 100 varieties of dates, each with its own unique qualities and production value. Oman’s role in global dates production has been growing significantly and with the 1 Million Dates Project, its position as dates producer will be dramatically felt not only in the region but internationally in the coming years.

طريقه فنيه محفوفة بالتعب والمشقه ..فلو ترك الثمر بنخله لصنعت العوامل الجويه ماتشاء . وتم بعدها الصرام والجمع كالمتبع .ايام الاجداد وتارخ تلك النخله المباركه ..الا انه استعجال بعض اامزارعين في البيع والترغيب 😮❤

التمر لا يجفف وانما يبقى على النخلة حتى ينضج تماما ( يبقى نسبة الماء 15% من مكونات التمر )
والباقي سكريات الياف واحماض امينية وفيتامينات ويمكن خزنها في اي درجة حرارة
اكثر من سنة دون ان تفسد
قديما كان الاعتماد على الفواكه المجغفة قبل الثورة الصناعية .
