I love the homecoming and black and red far from home suit. While the random lines and unnecessary details are annoying, thats more of a nitpick. From the logos to the emotive eyes to the colours i think they are amazing. However, the no way home suit is really dragged down by the huge, overbearing golden spider imo
I wish the nwh final suit was used instead of the integrated suit. The could have had the apartment battle destroy the upgraded suit, and have Peter use all his left over technology to make that suit for the end

During the early stages of the suit design there was a idea to have a gold logo but that idea was scrapped when it didn’t look as good compared to the black logo. Ryan Meinerding made this suit design and his official concept art clearly shows the logo is black. Also in the movie the logo is 100% black
The Tasm design is my favourite. It fits the tone of the game perfectly and I think the colouring on the the design is really unique. I like the Stark suit from Homecoming and the Japanese Spider-Man suit as well.
It’s so weird how beloved the new red and blue suit is even though the only time we’ve seen it is in the end of one movie and it’s on screen for under a minute and it’s all CGI i’m hoping Holland Spider-Man does show up again soon where he wears a practical version of the suit for more than a minute
I’m just gonna say it, I really don’t like the TASM 1 suit. At all. The orange eyes just feel weird for spider-man, I don’t like the spider symbol, the red is too dark, and you can barley see it at night. In the other hand, I REALLY like the TASM 2 suit, the Iron Spider suit, the Homecoming suit, the Tobeys suit and the Final Swing suit is just incredible. I also don’t really like the Far From Home suit tho. Great video bro

You're argument calling the suits in the old shows looking cheap makes no sense. A spider man suit is meant to look cheap. Peter made it himself so obviously a suit would look cheap and not movie quality and the red and black suit from the mcu saying it should be blue eventhough it was an homage to ditkos suit in amazing fantasy since it was blacknd lastly the iron spider saying its bad that it was all cgi.... my friend you want them to make a whole metal suit for a suit like that obviously it would be fully cgi in the comics its fully metal so i dont understand that statement

I dont think the mcu final swing suit has emotive lenses anymore given the fact that, I slowed down the scene a bunch and looked closley and his eyes dont move once even at the end of the scene, the eyes dont look tech based

Bare in mind that his Homemade Suit was the first Suit to utilize Emotive Lenses, so Pete definitely does know how to craft new ones if he has the resources, which he did (That or he kept his old mask and/or salvaged the lenses to use on a new mask). Artwork of the Suit also featured the lenses being showed off and they’re exactly the same as the previous Suits. If that isn’t enough, it’s literally in Spider-Man 2 for the PlayStation 5 (named New Red and Blue Suit in the game instead of Final Swing Suit), the in-game model is the exact cgi model from No Way Home (Since y’know, the suit doesn’t exist in real life on set yet.), and the eye lenses are once again emotive.
Nice list and reasoning! I'll give my top 5. 1) The Amazing 2 Suit This is about as perfect a live-action Spider-Man suit has gotten in my opinion. The shiny dark red and dark blue look fantastic, the logo with the long legs looks awesome and is my favourite by far, and I love how white, textured and expressive the eyes look even without being able to move. There's a reason it's my pfp lol. 2) The Upgraded Suit Red and black looks AMAZING on Spider-Man, and it's a shame they went right back to blue after only one and a quarter movies. It has everything great about the Stark Suit with an incredibly detailed texture for the black, and improved chest logo and the white spider on the back just brings it all together. Love this one, and wish they hadn't replaced it. 3) The End of No Way Home Suit Even though I prefer the Upgraded Suit, I can't deny that this new suit looks CLEAN. The shiny blue is a nice touch to differentiate it from the suits of the past, and I love how they made the chest and back logo look more like Tobey's and Andrew's whilst still keeping the basic design principle of the logo that Tom's Peter is known for. If they had to replace the Upgraded Suit, I'm at least glad they went with this one. 4) The Webbed Suit Just classic. I love how it so blatantly oozes the early 00s whilst still remaining faithful to the comics. The raised silver webbing works really well, and the angular lenses are a cool novelty that really set this suit apart. The logo looks good, but I much prefer the colours of the later suits. 5) The Amazing Suit Super underrated imo, I love how it's a more homemade reimagining of a Spider-Man suit and fits the gritter theme of Andrew's first film. Love the logo, colours and texture of this one, and the small, dark lenses make the suit look more alien, which I think works in the favour of this one.

I absolutely ADORE the black stealth suit (Night Monkey) for some reason. I think it's because it's very cloth-based and designed for complete practicality by a third party. It's basically like Talos or Soren gave that designer lady a list of requirements and this guy's powers and she delivered a minimum viable product. Plus it looks cool and definitely homages the Noir suit. Obviously, it doesn't have any relation to Spider-Man, so it can never be my favourite, but that actually also makes it rank high up on my list. It's just not something we've seen in live action before.
I think the iron spider is worse than Japanese spider-man suit. I despise that iron spider suit it is so ugly especially compared to the comic suit which is arguably one of his best suits if not THE best (other than the classic suit)
Unpopular opinion, but I don't like the Raimi suits. The eyes are way too angular. The raised webbing clutters up the suit and it should have been black, not silver. The front symbol looked weird, too (especially in SM1).

I have to disagree with you there Black Lion.Tom Holland is the worst looking Spiderman.All of his costumes are terrible and was meant to sell toys.The best Spiderman costume is Andrew Garfield's TASM 2 costume.
The Tasm suit is such a perfect redesign for Spider-Man. It gives him a more tangible and realistic look and the sunglasses lenses are such an inspired choice. The lenses aren’t yellow they are actually reflective. In some scenes they look black. The lack of the belt doesn’t bother me that much. I love the blue rims on the lenses. They are blue I have a wallpaper on my computer which is a close up shot of the suit and the rims are blue. The shade of red and blue are really nice. The suit has a sort of grimy look to it and has some unfinished sections to it. That adds some charm to the suit and makes it look more homemade. We also get to see Peter make the suit as well. The web shooters lighting up when he shoots webs is such a genius decision. The blue fingers are something that has become a staple of Spider-Man designs for me and whenever I design my own suits I always have the blue fingers on it. Even though normally I prefer smaller logos I really like the longer more spider like logos on the front and back of the suit. They really mesh well with the rest of the design. I also like the basketball texture on the suit and how it has soles. Another staple of Spider-Man designs for me.
Finally, a suit ranking that's not based on nostalgia, while the raimi suit is good, a lot of suit ranking I've seen put it either 1 or 2 simply because the person grew up with the suit, not the actually look of the suit, I like this ranking because it's entirely based on how the suit looked, I especially like that people are finally giving the tasm 2 suit the love it deserves, along with the homecoming suit, and I agree that both those suits are better than the raimi suit

My favourite is definitely the classic suit at the end of nwh. I still cant find any flaws.
The only “flaw” for me is that the back logo is the same as the chest logo but that’s subjective.
I think the blue is a bit too bright but that’s such a minor nitpick that it’s still basically perfect

I think the iron spider is worse than Japanese spider-man suit. I despise that iron spider suit it is so ugly especially compared to the comic suit which is arguably one of his best suits if not THE best (other than the classic suit)

Unpopular opinion, but I don't like the Raimi suits. The eyes are way too angular. The raised webbing clutters up the suit and it should have been black, not silver. The front symbol looked weird, too (especially in SM1).
Front symbol looking weird??? are you smoking. Spider-Man 2 symbol is the best live action Raimi symbol. And Spider-Man 1 symbol is also best. Stark suit Spider symbol doesn't even look like spider. That's weird.
Eyes are way too angular??? His eyes are perfect shape and size. His Spider-Man eyes are inspired by Scott Johnson and Todd McFarlane's Spider-Man eyes
@jominjoseph7290 I don't like how Scott Johnson draws Spider-Man even though his art was all over my Spider-Man stuff as a kid. McFarlane's eyes aren't as angular as Raimi's.
@jominjoseph7290 I think you might be smoking some nostalgia-bias (I say this as someone who grew up with the trilogy). If you're gonna criticize the MCU logo for not looking like a spider, then you're gonna have to do that for a lot of classic comics too.

I have to disagree with you there Black Lion.Tom Holland is the worst looking Spiderman.All of his costumes are terrible and was meant to sell toys.The best Spiderman costume is Andrew Garfield's TASM 2 costume.
The Tasm suit is such a perfect redesign for Spider-Man. It gives him a more tangible and realistic look and the sunglasses lenses are such an inspired choice. The lenses aren’t yellow they are actually reflective. In some scenes they look black. The lack of the belt doesn’t bother me that much. I love the blue rims on the lenses. They are blue I have a wallpaper on my computer which is a close up shot of the suit and the rims are blue. The shade of red and blue are really nice. The suit has a sort of grimy look to it and has some unfinished sections to it. That adds some charm to the suit and makes it look more homemade. We also get to see Peter make the suit as well. The web shooters lighting up when he shoots webs is such a genius decision. The blue fingers are something that has become a staple of Spider-Man designs for me and whenever I design my own suits I always have the blue fingers on it. Even though normally I prefer smaller logos I really like the longer more spider like logos on the front and back of the suit. They really mesh well with the rest of the design. I also like the basketball texture on the suit and how it has soles. Another staple of Spider-Man designs for me.
Finally, a suit ranking that's not based on nostalgia, while the raimi suit is good, a lot of suit ranking I've seen put it either 1 or 2 simply because the person grew up with the suit, not the actually look of the suit, I like this ranking because it's entirely based on how the suit looked, I especially like that people are finally giving the tasm 2 suit the love it deserves, along with the homecoming suit, and I agree that both those suits are better than the raimi suit
