I just want you to know I suffer from severe health anxiety which leads to panic attacks and watching your videos somehow calms me down so thank you so much! Plus you're nice to look at on the rare times we get to see you lol.
About a week ago I caught a two foot long speckled king snake... beautiful little specimen. I held it for a few minutes and let it on its way.... Great job I really enjoy your videos... they reminds me so much growing up in Fortlaudale Florida we'd go snake hunting all the time... ...
Beautiful Snakes Brother, I Live in Cherokee County and in over 4 decades I’ve never seen Armadillos up this way until the past few years, came across some dead ones on side of the rd but haven’t seen a live one up here yet, I’m pretty sure you’ve made some videos up my way, if you do make any more videos around Cherokee County you should definitely go to Pine Log WMA if you haven’t? I’ve seen a lot of rattlesnakes up there over the years, I’d love to tag along with you if you do, maybe you can educate me on snakes and reptiles, I got video of a banded water snake trying to bite me about a month ago, it was sitting on a log while I was looking for arrowhead’s and I didn’t see it until it tried to bite me, it barely missed me, I thought it was a moccasin at first so it really scared the crap out of me lol but I’ve been seeing a lot of snakes when I’m out arrowhead hunting, caught a ratsnake in my last video but I seriously need to educate myself more on the wildlife I come across, I really appreciate the knowledge you share with us Homie and I’d love to tag along with you sometime if you’re ever up this way, Thanks So Much For Sharing, Be Safe and GL&HH 👊🦎
Hey brother! Just wanted to tell you I recently discovered and subscribed to your channel and I absolutely love it. Don't change a thing! What you do is perfect! Thank you for making awesome videos for all of us!
Man, Ratsnakes are so freaking cool. They live up to their genus name, they remind me of cats for some reason. In Ohio I actually catch more milks than them and that's REALLY saying something. Sad to see them disappear like that.
Another AWESOME video Noah! I loved seeing the hognose snakes, beautiful rat snakes, pigmy rattlesnake, and the scarlet snake. When I see the notification pop up for your video I know it is going to be a good one. I love love loved the fawn (which I didn’t see at first because it was so small). I’m so glad you will show other animals when you see them. I miss going out and spotting deer and whatever else we would see, but I am not about to go alone. Not with the craziness going on in the world right now. Well, I am looking forward to your next video and until then happy herping!!! 😄💙🐬🐊🐍
I am 3 for 3 on herp trips running into mole kings! The calligasters out where I live are quite dark, but still very beautiful. Saturday's mole king was 2 boards down from a big colony of garter snakes.
Thank you for all of your awesome videos, finally warm enough to New York to take my daughter herping we followed a dekay's brown snake and about for garters first time holding wild snakes all thanks to you and not one of them bit me or her, we got tons of musk though
Mama deer will run and leave the faun to draw away attention to the fawn. The fawn will stand totally still. They have camouflage. Seen it a hundred times in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Rat snakes like to wait until you're not paying attention and then take a swipe at your face. Eastern Kings on the other hand act all tame and then gently slide their jaws around your arm and give you a vicious chew.
@@MichaelSmith-pe6ou Lots of the smaller native snakes like Rough Greens are very docile. Indigos have a reputation for being non-biters though I've only had experience with a few. As Noah observed very large Rat Snakes can be pretty mellow. Pines Snakes are mostly bluffers. The problem is, if you handle ANY native snake regularly it makes them nervous and their health will suffer. The only snakes I would handle regularly are captive raised Ball Pythons or Boa Constrictors. They don't seem to mind.
"Somethings gonna eat ya if you don't go." I could totally see a hawk swooping down and grabbing that thing. Ever had that happen to any of the animals you filmed?
Love your video's, I'm always excited when a new video comes out. I reside in Columbus GA. Do you by chance know which water moccasins are found around this area? My wife and I started herping ourselves once we found you on RUclips. Thank you for all teaching us something new. Best of luck to you!
I found a huge rat snake ounce and didn’t give to craps about me and was just continuing hunting he was really cool and huge. So I took a couple pics and just let him be.
I have banded water snakes that live under my moms kayak. Today I went over to her house and flipped it over there was three underneath, caught two. Got bit like 8 times. They are very bitey snakes. But once they realize I’m not trying to eat them they calm down.
People complain about invasive species, but which species causing the most harm to the environment? Homo sapiens and their cats they let lose. House cats have caused the extinction of at least 100 species of native wildlife. I think the term ‘invasive’ coming European descendants is laughable as do most biologists I know.
Nice job, Noah. You keep uploading, I’ll keep watching. My daughter showed one of your videos in her science class.
i caught a garter snake yesterday and he ate my tadpoles lol!
II had one as a kid eat a large minnow right out my hand.
Another one tried to swallow my finger.
Aggressive those Garters!

Nice and large southern hognoses and quite calm rat snakes, just like a tame corn.
I always appreciate finding large rat snakes that act manorly.
It's like they know we love and want them around.
Very diverse amount of snakes!
Love those scarlet snakes!
On the film making note...super opening shot!
This Memorial Day I caught my lifer Zonata!! Keep up the great stuff!!!
Great all around job. Especially Pops tracking down that Simus.
Imho, Mole and Prairie Kings are extremely mellow animals and font get enough credit.
That was a good looking rat snake 🐍 👍🏼
I love the earthy natural color tones on that mole king .. beautiful animal, congrats!

The Mole King looks surprisingly like the Prairie King we have here in Illinois. Great vid as always. 👍
Big grey rat was just breathtaking

Probably one of the prettiest adult gray rat snakes I've ever seen.

The master of finding snakes is back
Im glad you found a rare type of rattlesnake

In ur opinion, u seem to be knowledgeable about Snakes, what is the calmest and docile snake that someone can handle??
@@MichaelSmith-pe6ou In my opinion, probably a Ball Python.
Which domestic snakes (snakes in this country) r consider mild and tamed compared to others??

That scarlet was GORGEOUS. Still, though, the hoggies stole the video. They're always such fun to find.
Sweet

The moccasins around Columbus are currently known as the “Northern Cottonmouth” (Agkistrodon piscivorus)!
@@NKFherping thank you so much for responding. Happy jerking. Be safe!
I caught a rattle snake in Maine the other day I think people bring them with them on vacation
second Simus looks gravid.

100000/10
What the hell? Who starts the day with a mole king???
Hello mr frankly hahah
nice video but by chance do you know a good spot for finding salamanders and such in florida?
Is it me or have you seen more hognose this year than all of last year? You've found a lot this year!
It has been a very good Spring for Hognoses, maybe my best ever.
What does a hog nose snake eat? Is it a restrictor?
Does a mole king snake eat moles? Or vipers?
burrows to hibernate in? Do snakes hibernate?
7:17 crawling?
Early squad poggers
Early squad
I like turtles
