Sir if we will keep revising old stuff in alternate weeks..then how we will cover all 19 subjects or read new things...it becomes a long gap between first subject and 19th subject..wats the solution
Sunny Dahinwal It's not about subject... Its about what ever you ready that day , review it one day later and then again after 2 days.. And then after 1 week and then again after 2 weeks... Keep some time aside for review.. In the remaining time continue reading other things... And schedule accordingly...
This s what exactly I followed last yr! I Nd I got 6k rank this yr from last yr 50k rank! Now I got MD pulmonary medicine in my state itself! I ll share this video maximum!
Omg. I have been revising everything the wrong way till now. No wonder my mock exams showed the same falling graph trend 🥺 I just found your account a week ago and thank God, for guiding me to this. Gonna do my best the coming year.
You have helped us in every ways (not anyways). 1. 'Keep notes' to plan my tasks next day. 2. Pomodoro to complete my tasks in time efficiently. 3. 1-2-1-2 method to revise. 4. And with all, you have taught us to have patience and always keep motivating us. Isn't everything so complete and in series!. 'Wow' is all I can say. And now I feel, I can win the world and I will do it for sure. Someday they would ask me, like how and what was ur motivation and I would smile and say: The Boneteacher ! Lovefrom🇳🇵🇳🇵
Best piece of Advice by Dr. Abbas Ali Sir, regarding Revision Strategy. Your videos pumps up the falling PG Aspirant, which is quite common during this phase. Thank You for standing by our side.
Much awaited video! And you calmed me down totally! Explains threadbare why I used 2 forget topics in under a week after thorough preparation for a test and discussion session and ended up panicking. Will revise frequently like you say, sir and thanks!!
Beautifully explained Sir! Best way to revise is space it properly! What worked for me is, different topics have different forgetting curve for me. Some points I simply just don't remember no matter how hard I try, and some of them stay forever. I use Anki Flashcards to help me in this. It automatically spaces the cards I need to revise depending on the time I take to complete it correctly, hence the stuff that is tough for me keeps showing up again and again till they end up in the deck which is easy for me to retain! It's a fun learning process!
Sir, where have you been these many days!!! How I lived without watching your video! Now I got a clear idea to prepare for my coming NEET Exam. Thank you so much. You are a life saver!
Sir, students started preparing from jan - Feb for neetpg with full enthusiasm . But now we studying without that enthusiasm nd motivation..how to keep ourselves enthusiastic till the end..please make one video on that..much needed. Thank you 😊
My illiterate head forgets everything after 1 Month. I was struggling in college without knowing how to plan my revision schedule. Doc you're really great. My heartfelt thanks to you sir!!
This really was a much needed video.. thank you so much @boneteacher for coming up with such great techniques, I've been following that Pomodoro technique of urs, and it worked wonders! Kudos to ur efforts sir.😁
The Videos you make sir are phenomenal sir , coming at the right time with the right content.. You are doing a great job..Always informative and motivating to watch your videos..thanks a lot for all your effort you put in to help students around the world
Sir around a month before I had followed this technique for 2 weeks and it did work amazingly..but later on the greed of completing the main subject (of the day) took over. Now after you re enforcing this technique I commit to do it everyday in the last 100 day run. Keep inspiring :)
Sir You are so curious in explaining things giving your 100% effort. May be you will be great youtuber in coming future and thank you so much sir keep on talking ..
One doubt I am sure many would have but I would like to ask is we have soo much stuff to read and learn and vast portions make time shorter to complete our new modules and learning…… then when and how should we revise ? Everyday !? It’s seems impossible but I guess it’s efficient too but my brain is stimulating a question “ Bhai kese karega? Itnasara revise aur new kab karega ? Khana kab banyega? Duty kab karega ? “ the basic is when to and how to revise everyday ….. you said 1 2 1 2 1 2 technique how did you use it ….. I would be glad to hear it from you sir ❤ From the future Orthopedic surgeon 👨🏻⚕️🙏🙇🏻♂️🤞🏻
Timely advice sir. God answered my prayer through your video sir. Yesterday night i took a GT nd quit it after 19 questions bcz to my horror i cudnt remember anything which i studied when i encountered those 19 questions ! Depressed, devastated nd frusturated like hell, i asked God whats wrong to my brain, why can't i remember anything nd i was almost in the verge of giving up 'finally' accepting that im not good enough for pg preparation. Then my father said, if God has brought u so far, he might have a plan, so just hold on nd accept whatever the result is bcz it will be according to God's plan in my life,so u just keep continuing..so i surrendered everything to God nd started studying but with almost zero hope nd pledging myself never to take a GT ever ! Why to take a GT to remind myself that my brain is not good enough to remember anything nd worry😅 but thank God i came across this video nd now i know exactly what happened. 'Forgetting is a natural necessity' opened my eyes. Yes what i was lacking was revision! Dat too timely revision ! Exactly ! I can't thank you enough for this video sir. Heartfelt thanks 🙏 God bless you always sir😊
Just having a bad day...not able to focus not able to recall things still im glued to my books and ur video just made my day a little bettr. With every cycle of revision i think it's more important to focus on things tht we tend to forget or get confused...so i always begin my revisions with those topics im weak in. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful video.Learned a lot from it. One small point sir. Forgetting is not a defence mechanism. Anna Freud enlisted in her theory about defence mechanisms human mind applies to avoid stress. Memory is all about long term potentiation of glutaminergic pathways. Mostly in the hippocampal region, near dentate gyrus. Revisions are absolutely necessary for memorising. Active learning , also helps to memorise and mostly to keep the mind focused. Hope to see many more good videos from you. Regards... Dr.Datta
