And as for people here in the U.S., you show us some ingredients we never would have thought of using (for instance, in the Moraccan Chicken and the Whole-Chicken with the horseradish root. I am so used to making chicken kabobs as just hunks of marinated chicken squeezed between slices of barely grilled slices of pepper and onion. I can''t wait to to try it this new way, with mixed chopped chicken and chopped onion, squished into squares, with the seasonings mixed in, then mixed in between the vegie slices on the skewer. I have often heard of lamb or beef being prepared in this way (sort of chopped or ground, with the seasonings mixed in, then formed into cubes), but not usually chicken. I just made these in my own kitchen (which is not a forest) and, although they don't look as sexy as in the video, they're delicious. Added some smoked paprika to compensate for the lack of open fire. Thanks for the recipe!
