This very small, very peculiar transfer center with high-rise atop of the bus bays, which within themselves is a challenging maze to avoid hitting the pillars supporting the building overhead. Fast idling is prohibited at all times. Western Avenue is the boundary for Washington, D.C. and Montgomery County, MD.

Actually, the 30S Metrobus that goes from Friendship Heights Metro Station should head towards Southern Avenue, not Naylor Road Metro Station.

They're still there but Howard County is gonna enforce management to clear the junk very soon. With the new vans coming in for new Fort Meade shuttle and Eldorado E-Z Riders later this year, they don't want the yard to be used as a grave site.

The state government is funding the service for RTA to operate. I don't know when it will begin but it is due to be implemented.

where does it come from

It runs around friendship heights (in particular the stores at the Northern End). It is an Eldorado EZ-Rider MAX II, and I have seen it there for several years now. I believe the service (which is privately operated), is subsidized by local businesses.
