TJ, I give you props. You were the first content creator I ever seen talk about Oud Maracuja and Blue Talisman, I remember you getting blue talisman before it was a full release.
This was a really necessary vid bro, I often feel myself feeling kind of influenced online and I never know if people are being genuine so it’s good to know there are creators like yourself who’s judgement I can trust. Smashed it as always bro 👊🏼
My brother! The support does not go unnoticed man. Thank you every single time! I get influenced a lot myself to be fair - but that's why the best thing for me is to go out and test them as much as possible and maybe try the brands / fragrances that others aren't talking about. I love the game! ❤️🔥🫡
@@TJTalksScents of course my bro. That’s the only way to do it mate! Gotta get out there and formulate your own opinions, just like the other day when we were in harrods it was obvious our individual tastes lead us to prefer different scents like with the Xerjoffs and LV’s
Happy Sunday my people! I hope you all enjoy the content 🙌 Anything you disagree on let me know for sure! & which fragrances do you want me to include in the next video? Love for the love my people! ❤️🔥
From down under as a mature man I live and love your content. Honest content that I respect. Is completely subjective but as a creative dude I love your work. Well done
Hey bro! Thank you my man. So grateful to hear that honestly. That's the biggest compliment a creator like myself can get. Respect all the way from the UK 🇬🇧🌏
There are 4 main downsides of hyped up fragrances on social media imo. 1. Due to the nature of TikTok and Instagram creators only make very short videos without in-depth reviews which leads to many people blind buying fragrances they should have sampled before. That’s why I prefer watching YT videos or reading blogs before ordering lol. 2. Many newbies to the perfume world don’t know enough about longevity , sillage, nose-blindness and skin chemistry to make qualified comments about any given fragrance. If a fragrance isn’t performing on your skin that doesn’t mean that it’s not beast-mode and vice versa. 3. If brands realize that a fragrance is hyped up (doesn’t matter if the brand is Arabian, designer or niche) they tend to overprice and reformulate it. This leads to many originally great perfumes losing either price value, quality or both. 4. Literally everyone tries to smell the same leading to a loss in individuality. In light of this I really enjoy your nuanced videos TJ, keep going!
I totally agree with every single point you made. I have a massive passion for fragrances and Tik Tok and short form content is great but I could literally speak about one fragrance for hours on end so RUclips is perfect and I’m enjoying it a lot more now for sure. Yes!! Brands are messing around way too much and increasing prices go crazy amounts. Things are goi g from £30 to almost £100 in a matter of months. Also it’s so easy to talk about things people know and love but I enjoy trying loads of scents and putting people onto some new stuff as well that they may not have even heard of. Even if the content doesn’t do well I’m still happy 🙌 Appreciate you a lot!
@@TJTalksScents Your passion is visible in every video and that will pay out in the long run brother. Your current concept of putting different content on both platforms is working for me and many others fs. Greetings from Germany 👍
Perfectly said, a lot of fragrance newbies (mainly younger kids) say certain fragrances suck, moreso very reputable expensive niche/expensive designer. Not to say that fragrances can't suck, but just because something isn't for you, doesn't mean it sucks. Kids don't realize skin chemistry, nose blindness and maturity and usage of fragrances all play a part in fragrances
@@colbypyles3831 100% agree. I hate many fragrances but not that I think they are horrible and nobody should wear them. They are just not what I like to smell and ones I wouldn't want to wear 👍
@@TJTalksScents Likewise, and especially if they're niche they're not bad they're just not my cup of tea. Albeit sometimes fragrances are just objectively bad, but a lot of people equate "not my cup of tea" with "this fragrance sucks"
TJ bro, you cheer me up everytime. you are my favourite creator. Please keep going bro you are becoming ama\ing. i had one of the worst days of my life today and this still cheered me up
Wow, it's good to see someone rocking the niche and designer fragrances. Admittedly, I'm a clone head but these vids got me buyin Guerlain for the wifey.
Dear TJ, when you say a particular fragrance gives you 5 hours projection. Do you think you could do a video on how you spray your scent to give you this 10-hour projection? Appreciate may seem lame, but it could be an eye opener watching you demo on a £150 minimum spent bottle....?
Love your vids man! I have been watching for a month now and always waiting for sunday for a new one😂 I was thinking copping mgk oud satin mood i sampled it and i think is the best frag i have ever smelt. I just dont know if I found a situation to wear it in. Where and when would you wear it?
I have a 5ml of blue talisman and I don’t get the hype around it. Feels very synthetic to me and the scent profile is nothing special, almost designerish..
I fully hear you bro! A lot of people have said that to me. On my skin it works so well and it really took me a few wears especially last summer to really appreciate it. But not everyone loves everything so that's all good my bro 🤝
@@TJTalksScents Of course, all hove bro. I was thinking maybe I need to give it another chance. Some perfumes require an acquired taste. Same for Ganymede, I initially hate it but last time I wear it was different.

Thanks bro! It’s funny how things just go super viral way later. Love finding gems though 🤝

Enjoyed the video. Mancera do long lasting freshies very well. Subscribed. 👍🏼
Thanks Adam! Appreciate the sub as well my bro! 🤝
You put me on to the Uniqlo Tees - bought 5 colours - it’s a problem! Thanks bro
Haha let’s go! They’re literally perfect! Have them in every colour 🤝

Best way to be!

Thanks so much! Appreciate the support honestly. Oud Satin Mood for me is only a date night or special occasion fragrance it is that nice! 👏
Thank you so much for your review. Am I the only one, or do Blue Talisman and God Of Fire smell similar?
Please drop a part 2 👍
100% I got you bro!
Oud maracuja got on my whoop band and I was smelling it for 3 weeks I’d say easily .. hahaha ( I do shower also haha )
Haha thanks for clarifying my bro! ❤️🔥
tj i know u don’t like acqua di parma fragrances😂but u should give acqua di parma oud a try! It’s one of the freshest oud frags i’ve smelt
I will defo give it another try bro haha! No promises that I will like it though 😂
You are right "Fragrances are subjective"...Blue Talisman point in case. I have had it, its okay. Just okay.
I have tried cedrat Boise today is not during long time on my skin
Maybe give it another try bro!
should i buy hibiscus mahajd
Don’t blind buy it cos it splits opinions but I think it’s great!
what are other god of fire alternatives?
Summer Hammer is another fruity tropical fragrance. But if you're looking for a dupe sadly I don't know / haven't tried any 🙌
What do you think about city rhythm 2654 ?
Sadly I haven't tried anything from City Rhythm bro

God bless your barber.
I say my prayers before bed each night 😂
God of fire definitely overhyped at that price point. Nice fragrance n that but you can get similar and better profiles imo for the money
Celine Union
is the most complimented video on your youtube channel?
Nah I haven’t done one bro
❤
Klein Dam
Getting blue talisman tomorrow, birthday gift to myself🤑😼🦾
Love it! Enjoy it mate!
I HATE Jean Paul's fragrances! The worst fragrance I've ever smelt!
Not even one of them you like? 🤯
Le Beau....no?
