Welcome to North Idaho, it's a beautiful place! You gave lots of useful information but it would also have helped to have more pictures and videos of the places you were describing. Thanks!
It's only a problem if those 'transplants' are locusts who trashed their former states, only to move to a new place and vote for the same moronic politicians and policies that turned their former homes into a giant toilet in the first place.
yes, I have heard that before! thanks for the feedback. I’ll make the video again at a slower pace, and add more pictures. subscribe so you don’t miss the new and improved version!
I know it's a bummer for locals to see their area grow. For the most part, I've found that transplants to North Idaho care deeply about the values embraced in the area and had very good reasons to leave their own home states. To be honest, the same thing happened in my hometown and unfortunately the values moving in did not match up (at all) with the way we want to raise our kids. The state laws got crazier and crazier, and we ultimately felt like we had to leave. Didn't want to leave, had to.

This might be the problem with Idaho. Transplants. Glad you like it though. Make sure the world knows.

We're full! 😔
There are 153 active listings in Hayden right now. Seems like there are plenty of options available for people to move here!
Where are the pictures of neiborhoods and town when u talk ?
This was a general overview, I do other videos with video tours :) Is there an area specifically you want to see?
I couldn’t watch the whole thing, even though you were providing good information. Girl, you just talk too fast. I couldn’t keep up.

Destroying North Idaho, one Californian at a time. Sad.

75% of Californians moving to Idaho vote red. Only 65% of Idahoans vote red.
However if your are talking about money and population growth that’s another question.
