Ma'am, E-commerce operator jo TCS buyer se collect karte he 1percent to osko ka government ko pay karna hota he collect karke.
2. Esi 1 percent amount ko ka gst me claim kar sakte hai refund ke liye gst tds ki tara naki itr file karne ke bad milega.
