I was there and they were so kind and obliging. I remember they had done one of several interviews where Caroline made a joke about them all wearing pink on the next album (as they were known for always wearing sophisticated black). I asked her about this and she gave a laugh. An interesting point was that they had put out a single of the song Closer with some live tracks from the Palladium Melbourne included. This was only ever released in Australia. I wish I had purchased all 35 or so of them as they are incredibly rare and sought after. This single even has errors on the back. It was in a single cardboard sleeve. I wish I had of got mine signed as that would have been amazingly special. Mind you I was blessed as they all signed my sheet music to Runaway. Jim was very charming. All of them showed incredible patience as it must have been exhausting for them. There were people waiting for almost a kilometre down the street lined up with various Corrs items. A whole range of ages both male and female.
To prove I was there I can provide information. The shop was called Brashes and was in the middle of the city block in Liverpool Street. This is in Hobart Tasmania. When they left they had to sneak out the back into a white van parked in a rather yucky laneway area behind where the shop was located. The concert they gave at the Derwent Entertainment Centre was just stunning. As this was the time just after FNF was released, prior to TOC, that they actually performed the classic song We are Family and it was brilliant.
I was 26 when this event took place and I am now turning 52. Talk about talk on Corners and Talk about time flying by. They made us Tasmanians extremely happy as few international groups ever came to the smaller island state of Australia. Thank you Caroline, Sharon, Jim and Caroline for it was a special day for me in my younger years. I'm not SO YOUNG now. Sorry I can't resist a bad pun. They will not be forgotten.

Why they haven't done a single with "heaven knows" which is better than 'closer" or "forgiven not forgotten"?

@Music & Whistle msk I like so much " The right time" yet, but "heaven knows" has something more spiritual, touching, yet this is a sad song, maybe for that it was just a promo in Japan ?
The songs that you write here in singles are more commercials than "heaven knows", this song is romantical, how big was my frustration to see that since 1997 they ignored this beautiful song on live 😯 ( i think it was hard to play and sing with the time) for me this is the "sad" song who has similiraties with the "happy" song "runaway", this is the same style.

Great for the fans, tiresome for the band, keeping a smile glued on for hours on end...
