      We sure do! Between licensing, stamps, managing habitat, etc we do a lot more than the people screaming on the internet at us

      @@Yellowlab247_NC_Outdoors Not to mention the benefit to all the other species. I think my duck holes have become turtle sanctuaries and I have at least one blue heron that has basically decided to live there 24/7.

    That was a cool video thanks for the update. I put up my first box this year and last time I checked I didn't have any action. That was about two weeks ago so I don't think it's going to happen this year.

      Is that so? So in tree holes they just use their own down feathers and that’s it?

      @@Yellowlab247_NC_Outdoors they use the decomposing wood in the hole, and their feathers but also other cavity nesters do carry in nesting materials so they may use that from the previous year.
