- In this video, we headed over to Hjh Maimunah Restaurant and Catering to do a 52 dishes Nasi Padang Challenge! Super honored to be eating along side with Mark Wiens - one of my favorite RUclipsr of all time. I'll say most of the dishes were super good - some of my favorite items include the Squid, Tahu Telur and Beef Rendang. Watch the full video to see if we're able to finish all that food!

Mark's appetite can also qualify him as a competitive eater, just watch his channel he can go place to place and empty out all the dishes he ordered. But when comes to eating with Zermatt, he was really full at the end, this is the first time i see Mark putting effort to finish his meal, and Zermatt can still say he is 50% full LOL. Mark is a legend for food vlog, Zermatt has a style of his own, his approach is more of a laid back and insane eater. This should be one of the best episode for food vlog i have ever watched, great vibes and full of energy!

One of the best nasi padang in Singapore,or dare I say it- absolutely the best in Singapore. Not that expensive but almost always crowded during peak hours. People who like to comment that nasi padang is always expensive,please shop for the ingredients yourselves and cook at home. Nice to see Mark Wiens enjoying all that food!

The food at HJ Maimunah is really really delicious, even when you get it delivered. Only thing is, it does t keep well. , possibly because of the coconut milk, it turns sour the nxt day very quickly…. Glad you guys enjoyed yourselves, as always… DEEEEEEELEEEEECIOUS!!

If you go to the train market (Jodd Fair at Rama 9), you can try the pork bone in spicy spout soup. It looks instagrammable but tasted so-so only. The pork was like left-over pork from butcher after all the meat has been sold. You may want to visit BangRak for really good, local food.

This is a great collaboration ! Mark is one of my favourite RUclipsr whose experience with food knows no boundaries. Just my two cents worth - Would be good to consider a local Malay guide who knows the culture and heritage of each Padang dish you tasted in this video. Every dish has its own deep history in the making and with an international collaboration like this, I'm sure Mark wld appreciate hearing stories of how these labor intensive dishes are represented with its own unique stories of how it came about.
