Jergens is the best face cream value and a very high quality product. It's so cheap can also be a body cream.
I have no idea if this one can be body cream. I use body lotion which is different. If I misunderstanding please explain more. 😁

It does not tell So I think good for all Skin type
I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin. It's quite a greasy base. If you try it, use very little of it. It's best you use this one for makeup removal or if your skin isn't oily or acne prone.
