1. Hey bro.. I normally get the oil and oil filter changed in every service and air filter every year irrespective of the guidelines mentioned by company.. the weather in our country is normally extreme with lot of dust hence I do it.. 2. I never faced any issue with ground clearance even when I tried offorad. 3. Sliper clutch is not there. One of the reason i went with Versys 650 was minimum electronics (it has only the required ones like ABS, Traction control) as I prefer my bike that way. Less electronics means less issues over time. 4. Will try for Versys 1000 but personally it's not my choice due to its weight..
Excellent video! Very informative! Covered most important aspects. I wish your videos get wider reach. I have a duke 390, I am planning to upgrade to versys 650. My concern is seat height.
Thanks bro.. seat height is something which you can manage with right skills.. it might create some issues in the traffic but otherwise it should be ok.. if your height is 5"8 or more then you won't have any issues.. there is one low seat option available in Kawasaki but that's 81K which is filthy costly 😀
Iam planning to buy versys 650 some youtuber says it's buzz feeling at 3000 to 4k rmp and some high speeds vibrations is it true.my main concern is high speed touring
I am looking for a bike 12lakh budget h .. 1. VStorm 650 : but wo price k accordingly features nahi h| 2. Versys: I was not considering it cause of green color xD but abhi grey me bhi h then thats one for me. 3. BMW 850 GS : I have almost booked this bike then I realised no service centre in Patna ( mostly 6-9month a year I stay there) and service cost will be way high approximately 18-24k kio ki banda Bengal ya Jharkhand s aaega 4. CB500x: Still waiting its discontinued but less maintaince bike h ye 5. 800De: If release approx same 13-14 i can stretch. 6. Versys 1000: I am ready to extend my budget xD but wohi 6000km is ok but 6 months? itna to fz25 ya 390 bhi ek saal me ek baar service karwata hun . running is very low. Some Question: 1. what exactly did they change is it like ki 3rd service me engine oil change nahi hoga 4rth me hoga but air filter and clean will do. means alternate service me engine oil sab change. service manual me kaise diya h. 2. Ground clearance: ye bhai kaun kaun s type ke speed breaker jhel jata h xD. because in India jisko jaisa man kiya waise bana dete h 3. Did they added a slipper clutch? 4. if you go for the next service can you do versys 1000 details cause you can share the power delivery difference coming from 650. ya, 2024 release hone wali h ya time h like that.
Thanks Shikhar.. Very informative Video... Am planning to buy this Bike, Just 1 question What is the frequency of servicing Six month or an year.. What is an approximate cost?
Hi Mahesh the service frequency is 6 months and the cost would be approx 6K to 8K.. it might go a little up when air filter etc needs to be changed which normally happens at 20K kms service.
Thanks for the review Shikhar. Got 2 questions: (1) Does the bike feel top-heavy while making slow speed turns in the city? (2) Anything else you can say about weight management (front-back, top-bottom)?
Clutch is light.. wont create any issues.. heat is well managed but you feel it on your legs specially in summers however it won't be much to cause any harm
I've Ninja 300 right now and planning to add Versys 650 in my garage this year. Can you please tell me what's the general service cost of this bike (Ninja 300 is around 5.5-6K for basic service and maintenance job) ? And with full tank does the bike feel too heavy in traffic (I'm 6'1") ? Thanks for the video, you covered most of my queries about this bike.
Thanks bro.. the avg maintenance cost for Versys 650 is around 6k for every service (basic work). The bike is little top heavy and you feel that with a full tank but with your height you won't face any issues.
Ya it's a bit on the higher side but with proper skills you can manage it easily.. its about getting used to it.. once that is done this is the best mid weight touring bike in the market
Excatly seat height bhut jyda hai, versys 300 ki 815 thi Jo aam indian ke liye achi thi, RE, Yezdi 800 mm deti hai. India main acg height 170 cm hai, to 815-20 tk hi jana chiye.
Agree.. since Versys 650 comes with under belly exhaust Kawasaki had to keep seat height on a higher side.. ideally they should give side exhaust and reduce the seat height by 20 mm or so
@@indiaversysrider Sir ktm 390 adv and versys 650 ke riding comfort and fun to ride ke according kitana difference hoga. It will help me to decide for my upcoming adv bike.
@@ashokchoudhary8563 Versys 650 has far more power than 390.. also the low end torque on the versys is much better along with a very linear power delivery throughout.. due to this you won't have to keep changing gears in traffic or hills.. 390 on the other hand will be better on bad roads / offroad.. so if you are planning more of highway runs with some bas roads then go for Versys.. comfort on versys is on next level

Can u saddle comfortably while riding the versys?
Yes.. my height is 5,10 and I can do it very comfortably
Thx for honest review covered many points many youtubers missed them

But for me seat height is boon for me but you are right that foot peg is not positioned at perfect body arc.
Nicely covered. ✌
What about the wt while taking out fm home or parking ? And the plastic fairings?
Thanks bro.. weight is manageable.. fairings are plastic but of good quality.. overall built quality is good

Should I go for ninja 650 or versys 650 not much travelling.
If you are not going to travel much then Ninja 650 will also be a good option.
@@indiaversysrider sorry to asking one more question 🙏 ninja 650 is also a good option for long ride
Straight to the point, no faltu ki bakwas, no chi-chi-chu-chu. Great video. Looking forward for more. New sub.
Thanks 👍
Thanks for the review Shikhar. Got 2 questions: (1) Does the bike feel top-heavy while making slow speed turns in the city? (2) Anything else you can say about weight management (front-back, top-bottom)?
Yes it does feel a bit top heavy specially when you do a full tank.. however it's not to an extent that it creates any issues.. its easily manageable
Hey, how is the clutch in city traffic and heating?
Clutch is light.. wont create any issues.. heat is well managed but you feel it on your legs specially in summers however it won't be much to cause any harm
What type of petrol is needed normal or high octane ?
Normal is fine.. no issues with it

hi, do you have vibration in 4500 to 5000 rpm?
Not at all bro.. this engine is very smooth.. I have tried till 140 and there are no vibrations.. cant say beyond that 😀
It is comfortable for 5.7” feet height
Should be ok.. in heavy traffic conditions you might feel little difficulty as you will tip toe..otherwise it should be fine..
How is the pillion comfort
It's really good.. you have an option to set the rear suspension for pre-load so you can customize the comfort for pillion
Nicely done
I need to get a proper test ride first, I'm 5ft 6 and is bothering me because of Versys seat height

Low seat option is 89k
I checked with Kawasaki.. currently they are selling it for 81K.. but that's also too costly 🤣🤣
