Hey Zaney! I have been following you on your NIXOS quest. You have done a Fantastic job on your ZaneyOS. I have reproduced your config on my Laptop. And it was working fine until I ran the flake-update and the flake-rebuilt. this morning. I am getting no errors but my course is pointing on the wrong spots and my Thunar is displaying huge icons. I am missing something. Or mess up something. Thank you for your help in advance!
Not sure exactly whats the problem. But it may be that I do not have the proper hyprland setting set for your cursor based on the hybrid option. Not sure. I will look into it after work. Please message me on Discord, or make a post pointing out your problems, you can also open an issue on the repo in Gitlab. We'll get it working again 😉
Nixos has a layer of complexity that is hard to get-through. Thank you for these videos and code, its greatly appriciated. What do you think of the potential use for gui and ui on top of nix ?
Well I think GUI's for managing somethings might be nice as long as they are never a requirement. I have actually considered making a GTK app for installing and configuring my Flake down the line. Thank you for the kind words, glad I could help you and hope you have a good day!
