My 600-lb Life is an American reality television series that has aired on the TLC television network since 2012. Each episode follows a year in the life of morbidly obese individuals, who usually begin the episode weighing at least 600 pounds (270 kg), and documents their attempts to reduce their weight to a healthy level. Update episodes, called "Where Are They Now?", feature one or more previous patients, picking up a year or more after their original episodes aired.
Patients are placed under the care of Iranian-American Houston surgeon Younan Nowzaradan (often referred to as simply "Dr. Now"), who first has them attempt losing weight on their own by following a strict diet, and then depending on the patient's progress may offer gastric bypass surgery or sleeve gastrectomy to further assist in weight loss.

For what the guy living in his van just paid for all that food could have made a down payment on a house with money left

I was the same way but mine was from my mental health medications, i finally grabbed control and I've lost 130lbs. I've been exercising and i feel so much better. My knees don't hurt, its worth all the pain and sweating. End results are beautiful ❤

Remember your actually healthier being overweight and exercising than normal weight and sedentary.
It sucks for the first 3-8 weeks but once you make the habit it’s life changing.
Exercise was really promoted when I was growing up in the 90s and early 2000s. Now it’s not even thought about.

I find it amazing that they have these electric carts at shops in the U.S. I mean, wtf?
Here in Germany, if you want to use an electric card while shopping, you'll have to bring your own.

They're suppose to be for elderly or truly disabled people. I get so mad seeing someone use them that is just being lazy.

It always seems so selfish for people as large as this to have children. It is after all these poor souls that will have the memories of a parent eating themselves to death and that is just not fair.
